There is no flexibility when it comes to early check in/late check out.

The location is very excellent, it is right next to Shibuya scramble and shibuya station. The rooms were very new and clean. The breakfast buffet is very international.

The laundry service was over the top and therefore expensive. We had 4 days worth of simple clothes which was mostly made of sports quick dry fabric and t-shirt fabric, none of this needed any special treatment or pressing. We paid something like £70 for this laundry and received everything ironed, folded and wrapped individually and anything dress length was treated as a gown even if it was made of sports material. The treatment looks professional but unnecessary and pricey for something that just needed a basic wash and dry. Next time I will skip this and go to a laundromat. Latest check out time overlapped with breakfast, so you can't use the bar to sit in afterwards and kill a bit of time. The terrace isn't open yet at that time so upon checkout, there really wasn't anywhere to chill to make a few basic plans if you have a long wait. Plenty of cafes around but these are busy and difficult with luggage. Not the end of the world, but it would be nice.

We loved our stay at this hotel, the quality, cleanliness and size of the room were all excellent. The bar (both inside and out on the terrace) were perfect for that downtime when you want to sit and make reservations, check schedules and plan your day. The mega don quijote was directly across the road from one of the entrances, which was convenient for any necessities. All staff were friendly and helpful, we would book this again if staying in Shibuya.

The location is amazing. It’s right amongst everything and everywhere you need to go. It’s super busy but very accessible to train station, convenience stores and lots of taxi around. The staff were amazing they cleaned our room twice a day while we were out and about. I wish we had more time here!

Please put a sign in the elevator to indicate where to scan the room key. It's unclear at first and can be easily solved!

Operator was super helpful to book a restaurant reservation. Read me the entire menu of options and translations and helped me choose, then emailed me the details after I said I am only reachable by internet. I am so thankful for the entire friendly staff and the room was also great.

Pictures of the rooftop terrace are misleading (almost catfishing), as it is not accessible for guests! Eventhough we experienced a generally high level standard of professionalism and cleanliness, our toilet was leaking slightly. Unfortunately, upon our complain, this was not fixed while we were on leave. Potential for 10/10 but unfortunately our personal expections were not met.

Booking.com is recommending room with one bigger (160cm) bed for 2+1 family. If your child is small it’s ok. With young teenager might be not very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is extremely good with two convenient entrances. Our view of the scramble and Tokyo in general was extraordinary, we would just stare outside for minutes on end. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helped with our every need. The breakfast buffet is good, though a bit limited. Even though the area of the hotel is a bustling neighborhood, we never heard any noise from the outside. The beds were extremely comfortable, so nice to come to after a busy day of walking. The room is big enough compared to Tokyo standards, we had no issue being two people.

The breakfast for a 5 star hotel is below average

There are a lot of things I like in the hotel. First thing is the location, which is in the heart of Shibuya. Secondly is the staff are very friendly and professional. Also, the room is only 25 sequare meter but the layout makes it looks bigger.
