there was a day that the elevator was out of service and we had to use the stairs up to 4th floor. likewise, most of the time (out of 4 days we stayed, 3 days )the bathroom did NOT have warm water and we had to take cold showers or no shower at all because the water is too cold.

the room was ok the staffs were fine and courteous.

It was very cold in our room! The staff did provide us with a mini heater but it didn’t do much, it was still very cold

The location near the Termini station is very convenient however going there at night is quite uncomfortable; it’s great that it has 24-hour reception; the price was very nice

Overall location is god but hotel is very old and deep inside amung many hostel like hotels. Just okay for night sleep, dont expect much. However, the receptionist was really good and supportive.

The staircase needs maintenance, some of the handrails had come loose, so I didn’t feel very safe walking up the stairs. I was always hoping the elevator was safe, but with dust on the top I’m not sure how regularly it’s checked; there was no permit or anything posted…

The location was great. The room was simple, but spacious. The shower was repaired just when we arrived, so it was working fine. The staff was friendly. The bathroom was cleaned and the beds made once a day. We can’t say anything about the heating or cooling, because the weather was perfect.

The bathroom was shared and this might be a problem for a few people, but we already knew it was shared between the other rooms from the apartment, so that’s ok. Other than that I’d say you can hear all the chatting from the other rooms in the same apartment, but all our neighbors would keep the silence after 10pm.

The location was great, just a few minutes from Roma Termini and 15 minutes to the Colosseum. The room was also clean and all the appliances were working, we just couldn’t find how to control the AC.

only thing I didn’t like I could hear other room toilet flush which disturb my sleep serval times and there was noise of the exhaust from the bathroom which was very disturbing all night

Vertex Palace is in very convenient location few minutes away from Termini station and bus station, about 20 minutes walk to Colosseum and all other popular locations.

The staff is not friendly except for one person on the staff. the shower does not have hot water and they tell you that there is a technical problem but they do not solve it. I had to leave without showering. I do not recommend these actions. the facilities are old and the staff is not present at night. if you need help you are alone. There is a WhatsApp number but the staff does not answer you quickly. I do not recommend this hotel.

the location is very good if you are going to travel or arrive by train. comfortable and clean but not soundproof.

The room looked nothing like the photos. It was difficult to fall asleep in the room because there was a lot of noise that was hard to identify. It wasn't in our room but somewhere behind the walls. It sounded like some kind of ventilation or boiler. Anyway, it was very loud and annoying.
