I had a small confrontation with the security guard on my last day as he was being rude and verbally abusive. I took bike for rent from the hotel bike rental service located at the entrance of the hotel. I was running out of time for my airport departure and had to quickly return the bike. I could not find the person in charge for the bike rent service and i asked the security if he was aware of the person's whereabout. He immediately became rude and abusive towards me. Lucky the reception person was helpful enough to sought things up for me. The last day experience with the security was not so pleasant and the security guy even brought his rage on my Grab driver. He didn't allow the car to enter the pickup compound and when my drive spoke well to him, only then he allowed. I hope on my next visit I will not have the see the security again.

The location of the hotel was away from the main road, which made the entire stay so calm and peaceful. The landscape of the hotel area was filled with greeneries. The breakfast was good too. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a huge space.

There wasn't much I didn't like, the only thing would be the air-conditioning, it was fine up until the last night by then it sounded like a helicopter was landing in my room

Very well kept and clean outside, the pool with swim up bar was amazing. The staff were so friendly, every time you walked past any of the staff they greeted to you with a good morning or good afternoon with a big smile on their face. It was a short walk to the beach and lots of eateries on the way. If we had any questions or needed anything done, they were quick and efficient.

Its not quite 4/5 star in terms of food selection. There isn't a spa on site. Price (about £90 a day) is worth it if you want location near the beach and good rooms. If you can get 5 star at £120 a day it might be worth paying the extra if you want to be pampered.

The atmosphere is relaxing. Nice pool in the middle in the cottages. Nice breakfast and very clean, the rooms were excellent. Staff very helpful. Location is perfect for the beach and good restaurants.

Some bugs visited us after shower in the night in the bathroom in the standing shower area but we managed them :))

Everything was fine, great breakfast options, maybe more options on the healthy side, different cereals, vegetal milk options, but in general was varied. Great room in deluxe room. The pool is clean and the cocktail menu from the pool bar and the prices are great. Great staff service and options for different trips organized with their drivers.

The water tap in the room was a bit loose and water was going slowly through the drainage. Small minus also for shower at the small pool not working.

We got the room at the smaller pool in the back part of the hotel. Could not imagine it better than being woken up by birds. No loudness from the streets is hearable. The pool was good size and enjoyable. Breakfast nothing to complain about. Overall- really good stay for this price.

The WiFi simply didn’t work in my room which I was told had been recently remodeled which might have been part of the reason. I was empathetic to the staff because it had just been remodeled. However, when I spoke to the staff at check out about his bad the WiFI was they seemed disinterested in my thoughts which is the only reason I’m leaving a comment here. If they would have apologized and said “we appreciate you letting us know about this issue.” I wouldn’t be writing anything now, because they didn’t I feel obligated to comment to ensure future customers know and other employees to hopefully solve the problem.

My room was very nice and in a great location. I’ll elaborate in my next comment the challenges.
