Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Next door to middle class shopping center (grand indonesia), 3 mins walk to thamrin city (cheap batik and cheap clothes) and 5 mins walk to Plaza Indonesia (high class/ luxury shopping center). About 40 mins from the airport. Everything is within reach. Strategic. Value for money - with the location and the comfortable room. I highly recommend this place for your stay.

AustraliaThe rooms are a little old, you can see that the shower was getting moldy. However, the apartment was well maintained and very clean.
The staff were excellent especially Najib he was our host for level 9. He did an excellent job welcoming us and ensuring we are comfortable during our staff. I spoke to Pink at reception and she was a wonderful person to speak too. The property was clean and linen and towels got changed every day. The property is very central to the shopping centre and even had its own grocery shop.
