No maid service to refresh the room, no replenishment of biscuits in the room, pillows too flat. Bar shuts too early 22:00, breakfast starts too late 09:00.

Location, cleanliness, food, nice staff, good table service, good beer, lovely setting, good standard of decor. Toiletries were good, neat packaging, towels good and quality.

Advice from bar on updates verbally to residents. Not just in a room book.

No breakfast included in room price as expected as was previously included and now food not available mornings on weekdays anyway in Riverside!

A mirror in the bathroom, & double bedded room plus shaver point in bathroom would have been very useful!

Location excellent, continuous traffic coming over river bridge disturbing at night!

Everything was good although they could have kept drinking water bottles along with the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. But they were happy to fill bottles for you at the restaurant.

The rooms were as advertised. Spacious with towels, and toiletries provided. The rooms were clean. Parking was available. Good location.

I booked well in advance so i think i paid a lot more than what the hotel website advertised so i am not too happy with it but i guess it was my responsibility

Noise from people above as floors made a lot of noise when they moved around particularly as the second night couple had a child running around for hours. Also the outside door to River Leach was difficult to open due to sticking at the bottom.

Room was clean and functional. Heating was easy to use as we have them at home.

the room wasn't available when I arrived, but I was upgraded only after a considerable wait.

It was a short stay during Lay over for 10 hours and was very accomodating

It would have been nice if there was a hand rail in the shower, a vanity mirror above the dressing table, and better blinds. They did not sit right when pulled down and as there was a bright light in the garden on all night this reflected shards of bright light through the sides of the blinds into the room. As we left early we needed to out our key in the mailbox outside the reception ( as it didn’t open until 10am) we search everywhere that seemed obvious but couldn’t find it 🤔 eventually I found the box only after moving a very large hanging basket!

Olde worldly pub situated on the river Thames. We were lucky enough on the day we arrived to be able to sit in the beer garden having a drink next to the river. Served basic evening meals that were ok. Be warned they only serve breakfast on a Friday and Saturday had I known this in advance I wouldn’t have stayed there. Worked out an expensive 2 night stay that we personally didn’t think it was worth the money we paid. No problem in finding a parking space possibly due to the time of year. We had a ground floor room that was ok but decor needed attention in some parts. Bathroom mainly, paint peeling off the wall and in the shower ( which was excellent) the grouting was black in places. 2 chairs were in the room which was a bonus ( I will never understand why when you book a double room you only get one chair) however after a while I found them uncomfortable.

Spacious family room with good selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Towels and bathroom toiletries were good quality. Great location on the river and the whole place was warm and comfortable.

The restaurant had very limited service on Sunday, only serving pizza, but the good thing is there are pubs and takeaways nearby.

The place was great, it was clean, big room, free parking, good location, had a kitchen with a hob and oven, kettle. It had 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and one with a double bed, aswell as a bed in the living room.
