The room could have been bigger or less beds in it, there were 3 double beds. The accommodation was very basic, very small, no TV which was advertised. Couldn’t have a shower as water was piping hot and couldn’t be adjusted! There was nowhere to put anything

Location was good and the bedding was clean. Lots of snacks were provided, which my son enjoyed. There was various bottles of shower gell in the shower

The staircase needs to be cleaned and there is a smell that needs to be worked on. Outside that it’s a really good place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with our suitcases, they changed our room when we complained about it being too small. There were lots of snacks, drinks, water and ice cream which was really impressive. The location is also very good, close to different restaurants and shops.

The room was a family room but only 3 beds and a squash The smell in the building was unbearable The accommodation isn't when it states on the map and not easy to find on the street but that could be easily rectified

We were a bit disappointed about the lack of tv which was listed but it wasn’t a big issue.

Clean, very comfortable and welcoming, with free drinks,snacks, and Wi-Fi, toilet and shower in our room was a big plus and also very kind and helpful owner.

you could find some old clothes in the bathroom cupboard and used soaps in bottles. smell in the bathroom. The entrance door closed with a bang. There were noises everywhere that made it impossible to sleep. It's not a hotel but an adapted house that cannot be found. You need to call the owner

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! This is flats be very careful. Full of damp and smell of paint unbearable. Messaged host and moved us to a new place which was just as bad as seen in photos. Police came in the morning searching for someone through the flats. Freezing cold showers. Awful.

From the outside looks like a derelict house. No clear instructions as to booking in. Lock on door was loose and then fell off so spent the night without a locked door. It must have been noticed that the door lock was broken/ loose

The smell. It smells like either death or sewer pipes. Absolutely distracting. Wouldn't eat there because of the smell. Hard to sleep. Glad it was one night. There were no signs telling us we were in the right spot.

This property was the most disgusting place I’ve stayed at, Firstly the lingering smell of dead rats all over the property was disgusting The assigned room I was meant to stay in had other guests in it, and their room had other guests in it aswell, Secondly the bedrooms look disgusting and there’s not much place to even walk around in the bedroom, Thirdly the worst thing was when my and my friends came to sit on the beds as the property have bed bugs and we were constant feeling itchy as it was disgusting

No WiFi was available during our visit. Property was very small. No room to keep luggage’s. Property was in different location than what was advertised. No TV was available.

Tesco was right opposite to the property. It was fairly small walk to bus station. Pizza place was right next to the property. It has enough beds for 5 to accommodate. Good heating arrangements.
