Would love to stay again when I'm back at end of September but the current room rate per night is out of my budget ,hopefully it lowers nearer the time.

Loved the location of Camden on yer doorstep but the house feels apart from it all so stylish and elegant.

as it's in the basement, you can hear footsteps from above and people talking etc. Thankfully not until very late! I wish they changed bedding/towels everyday like in other hotels

All good. I’d have loved an en suite but that said, the shared bathroom was spotlessly clean and I didn’t bump into anyone when going to use it.

Great location - tucked away behind a private gate, it opens up into a really pleasant house. My room had a super comfy bed.

having to leave my room to go bathroom. the bed felt a little wonky.. I think it was the topper on the mattress.

firstly, the beautiful candlelit garden with seating area. The instructions to access the property were clear and easy. The owner was very helpful regarding parking. The room was a reasonable size for 1 person. The bedding and towels were good, as were the pillows. A hairdryer was provided and space to hang my clothes. the bathroom had a bath and was facing my room. was grateful for brewing stuff. Wifi was provided too.

Great place to stay - location excellent, room comfortable and clean, good bath/shower. Quite residential street and nice garden. Good restaurants/cafes close by and there is even a 24 hour petrol station nearby for late night food and drink. All interactions are 'remote' - you collect you key from a safe and let yourself in and out - that said instructions were clear and written in a friendly manner and you're given the numbers to call should you have any queries. Good value for money too.

I had a road facing room so I could hear traffic and the bedroom doors are quite noisy so would recommend having earplugs on hand if you are a light sleeper. Also just a thing to keep in mind that because the shared bathroom is just one room - someone could be taking it up for about half an hour and that could hold you up so leave time to spare!

Amazing location, gorgeous house, everything was super clean. The blanket on the bed was possibly the most comfortable duvet i have ever had and though I had a single bed, it felt very spacious! The bathroom was shared but still felt very private and was very lovely. Very easy to find and great check in instructions.

Walls are very thin, you can hear everything that happens in the corridors. Just something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper.

Lovely Victorian house really close to Camden high street. Room was clean and comfortable and had lots of charm with original features. Shower was very nice. Extra points for the lovely cats!
