Noisy bathroom fan ! Room 1220 disturb sleeping, tea & coffee draw had a funny smell coming from it no biscuits in it. Not what you would expect in a 5 star Hotel!

The room was amazing, spacious with a great bathroom. The spa was incredible with everything working so well. Finally the treatments we got were amazing and very well done. Also the staff were fantastic without fault.

We were upgraded to a suite without asking to be, which was great. Every member of staff we spoke to was courteous and friendly. One of the managers was really efficient in sorting out a problem I had created in the booking.

Lack of intervention by staff of a couple in the bar Acting inappropriately and spilling several drinks on the floor on Friday 17th May around 21:00. The couple did not appear to be staying at the hotel and were literally ‘off the street’ they did not present as how one would expect clientele of the Radisson to behave. In my view they should have been asked to leave…

The amount of single use plastic in the room was so much: tea spoons, mugs and water glasses all individually wrapped in plastic. You could give glass bottles of water not plastic as it’s a 5 star hotel.

The staff were fantastic, helpful & friendly in all areas. The bed was very comfortable and sheets soft. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. We ate in the library bar in the evening, food was fresh and of a very high standard. The breakfast had a wide variety of choice and very good value for money. We had a quick trip to the spa after check out which was the perfect way to end our trip before a long drive. A special mention to the gentleman in the library bar on Sunday afternoon for his tips on where to stand to get the good lighting for a picture! All round a wonderful stay, would certainly recommend and will definitely be back.

The shower didn’t drain away quickly and the water could have leaked out of the bathroom.

Had been here before and it was impressive then, that was just before Covid. I didn’t have a reason to return until now but I am glad I did. I travelled with my young son and we were very well looked after. Some of the staff were exceptional, Gary the concierge and always at the reception desk stood out. The friendliness was appreciated.
