There was nothing we didn't like about this Hotel.

Milestone Hotel Kensington is a wonderful hotel in a great location. The Hotel more than met our expectations, as it is centrally located to shops and transportation, and Kensington Palace. The rooms are beautifully finished, with the addition of fine dining, a great get away for couples who wish to undertake a romantic holiday, with old English charm. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay. Truely fantastic experience for our first time London. Highly recommend.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The atmosphere was calm away from the bustle of the outside. The hotel was beautifully furnished, cared for, luxurious. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for the staff.

Beautiful hotel with the kindest staff. Delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. The rooms are nicely decorated and very silent. Our bed and pillows were very confortable. We came for my husband’s birthday and just loved our stay, we will be definitely coming back.

The central area of the hotel is fantastic. The customer service and helpfulness of the staff went above and beyond. I would stay here again. And he martinis are just WOW.

Very little to say here. On our second night there were a lot of people for breakfast so service for hot food was a little slow although there was a great selection at the buffet whilst we waited.

The room was very comfortable and well provided for. We had our dog with us and the staff were fantastically helpful and welcoming. They parked the car for us and organised a 'dog sitter' who was excellent. The food was great. We chose this hotel because we were staying for our sons graduation at the Royal Albert Hall which was very close by and the hotel is directly opposite Hyde Park which was perfect for pleaseant walks for us and the dog.

Room was a bit stuffy, but most bothersome was a green light on the temperature dial that we couldn’t turn off. It reflected on the mirrored bed headboard that made sleeping difficult for us. The staff was polite but not friendly or warm. They charged us an additionally 20 pounds per night for gratuities for the staff which I’ve never seen before. I would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time, as we had already left tips for housecleaning prior to that. We were also offered a welcome cocktail we could have at the bar, but it wasn’t removed from our bill which was a little odd. We also asked the concierge about getting a drink at Duke’s and said the best way to get a table was to eat at the restaurant GBR before, but sort of laughed at the possibility to get a same day reservation on a Saturday, but said I could call if I wanted. Was a bit odd. I went back to my room and was able to book one with ease online. And the restaurant was pretty empty. Room was clean, but layout was odd, particularly entryway. There was a very large wardrobe in the entryway which made it very awkward to get in and out. House cleaning did a good job, but left their cleaning supplies in the room, would take out the tv and turn it on at high volume which seemed strange from an atmosphere and electricity perspective. We would immediately turn it off and put away when we arrived back.

Room was clean, lots of attention to detail. The bar great- drinks were wonderful and we had the best fish and chips on our trip there. The bartenders/ waitstaff in the bar were incredible- in particular a young woman from Argentina was phenomenal. She was attentive, friendly, and handled some of the more challenging customers with grace and professionalism.
