The bathroom. I’m not a fussy guest but the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain. Their solution is to give you a plunger but it doesn’t help and with so many people using the bathroom it means the sink is full and messy.

The organization of the house, such as the bathroom and kitchen, is extremely messy. Bedroom 4 is next to the bathroom and when someone is using it the noise is something.

The room was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable.

We had a family room and therefore two double beds. However, both double beds only had one duvet. It was admittedly large, but unless you're used to sleeping with someone under one duvet, it can be an uncomfortable experience. The stairs in the house creak a lot, you can hear them all the time. The bathroom and the toilet are not very clean, it's so average.

Excellent location. The reviews match the reality, so I was not unpleasantly surprised. I rate very positively the possibility of check-out to 12a.m. We just wanted to sleep in the house and have a place to take a shower because we were walking around and exploring the city all day. So the accommodation was sufficient for that purpose.

The bed was extremely wobbly, and not comfortable.

It was great being near a bus stop and excellent cafe, so the location was good. The shower water pressure was good, and the water was warm. The bedroom itself was warm. I was there for 2 nights.

Bed was not clean at all, only 1 bathroom was there which is definitely not adequate for 6-10 persons. There is no hand soap inside the bathroom, freezer was so dirty. It was a double deluxe room but we found only one big bath towel. Bedroom's small stand fan so dirty. Overall improvement in cleanliness is highly recommended

It is impossible to expect other guests to follow the house rules. Everyone has a shower whenever they feel like it.

Once you get to know how to find the right bus to Waterloo station, the location is not so inconvenient.

House rules - which are provided AFTER you book - say: no shower before 8AM. So basically do not book this for business travel, unless you wanna end up smelly in the office.

The main problem was that the knob to lock the bathroom door was missing, so it couldn't be locked. The bracket for the shower head was broken, so I had to hold the shower head while showering. The room was adequate for our needs, but hardly matched the description "de luxe". It wasn't clear when I booked that we were booking a room in a town house, although maybe I didn't read it well enough. In the kitchen there were tea bags and various food belonging to other guests, but it wasn't clear whether any tea/coffee materials were provided for common use. There was a coffee machine that required pods, but none were available.

The location was in a quiet street, no traffic noise. the instructions for using the front door security system were very clear. The room and building were clean, kitchen facilities good.
