The beds were a bit dirty. We found some pieces of food on the mattress. It is also worth mentioning, that in the evenings it is noisy outside because of the open bars. Could be a problem if you want to go to sleep at 10pm with open windows. Otherwise not an issue.

Temperature regulation in the room was a bit difficult, as we didn't have AC or a fan, and the only 'window' is a door facing the street. So we ended up being pretty hot in the bathroom or cold near the door-window. We prefer showers, but the bath-shower worked fine.

Nice little room. The location was excellent! It was always easy and quick to get to our destinations. It is very close to a metro. We also really appreciated the fridge and kettle with cups.

The floor of the bathroom completely floods (like 1cm water) when showering because the seal on the door doesn’t reach the bath tub, so all the clothes on the floor got wet

Staff were amazing. Room was comfortable and surprisingly big. Breakfast was really good as well. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they left a happy birthday message and some balloons which was very kind!

The hotel is very small and has a very tiny elevator. We, 2 persons, couldnt fit inside with our backpacks on. The restroom was very tiny, without a proper door. We didnt feel very secure inside the hotel, since on several occausions, while entering the hotel, we didnt see any hotel staff. In addition anyone can easily enter the hotel without any basic security measures to stop them. This is the main reason I would never come back to this hotel.

The hotel is located very close to the public transport, handful amount of restaurants and cafes. The windows dont allow the noise of the street to be heard inside the room.

Small bathroom, but clean, well functioning and although small, there was still plenty of room for our kit bags and toiletries.

All the staff were great. Excellent, quiet location. Books, snacks, drinks, and coffee were available in the comfortable lobby. No problem leaving bags before or after check in/out. The refrigerator in the room was handy, plus there was a kettle for coffee or tea. Staff members went out of their way to give us information about renting a baby stroller. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area.

Convenience for opera venue and though bathroom is small it had both bath and shower. Staff was charming and helpful. Area was quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Near good restaurants.

I’ve just spent 3 days at the Pavillon Bastille and I LOVED it! From the moment we arrived at the entrance we know it was something special. Our twin room was impeccably clean, gorgeous comfortable beds and very peaceful at night. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Most rooms look out onto a busy road but with the French windows closed the rooms are peaceful and actually we managed to sleep even with the window open because the fresh air was pleasant and we were so tired from walking.

The elevator didn't work when we were checking out with luggage. It was extremely hard to get the luggage downstairs.

Great location right next to the metro station and bus stops. Safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes, stores etc around. Clean room.
