The staff were exceptional, very helpful and they spoke good English. Food was.very good,. Breakfasts were good. Umbrellas were available when there were heavy downpours. The staff arranged cars and taxis and gave us a generous pack for breakfast as we had to leave early on a bus.

I liked everything except that wifi connection on phone didn't work and also if the hotel has staff to help English speakers...it can become an excellent hotel. All facilities used by me were of very good standard.

Location is very practical, in the center, at walking distance from shops and restaurants, and also metro. Very beautiful hotel, decorated with much taste, and exquisite staff. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

Little more attention to the detail ( such as the cleaning of the windows and surfaces), cleanliness 8/10. Still, we would gladly come back here.
