The only problem was the traffic noise. This was very loud (admittedly we live in the country and road noise is nothing like Melbourne) but it was extremely noisy.

We liked the location and the fact that we had an apartment with kitchen and lounge room facilities to cater for our 2 days stay. We like to prepare most of our own meals,

Being told at reception I was “upgraded” to a 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the city when I had actually booked a 1 bedroom. Dont want to be put in that room again as it was extremely noisy 12th floor room 4

The bathroom doors in the apartment were a bit grubby around the door handles ..the tap in the kitchen and the cold tap in the bathroom were broken .. we requested assistance with opening the balcony door and we needed a bigger glass than what was available in the room .. and were told someone would be up to help and bring a glass but no one came. So we bought some cups from the nearest woodworks supermarket and my husband figured out the balcony door .. so ..

Loved the way the foyer was styled.. close to everything.. balcony view was great.. staff were very friendly. Parking was convenient :)

The only small knit-pick we had would be that we had anticipated watching some of our shows at night on our Netflix etc, although the TVs only had standard free to air channels and even a Chromecast wouldn’t work because of the Portal to the wifi unfortunately! If it wasn’t for this, our rating would be a perfect 10/10! 🥰🤍

The stay was amazing! We had originally booked a One Bedroom Apartment for my mum and I, and then upon arrival got a complimentary Upgrade which was such a nice surprise for us both! Rooms were spotless, super clean and the hotel was in a perfect location! Absolutely beautiful! 🤩

2 out of the 3 lifts were operating and were very slow. Grout in shower tiles were not scrubbed clean which was off putting. Not many power points beside beds making it hard to recharge mobile having it within reach. Expensive car parking at $39 per night.

Lovely lobby with fireplace in lounge area. Great restaurant with fireplace also. Had room 3808 on level 38 with partial city/ocean view. Beds comfortable and modern apartment. Great location - 1 block from Crown. Cheaper to park car overnight at Casino for $25.

Dated room. Showers need to be regrouted and the carpet needs to be replaced it was very stained and really quite disgusting, disappointing considering the cost of the apartment. Having instant coffee was surprising too, again outdated there really should be a coffee machine or at least pods.

The decor was lovely. Beds were very comfortable. Location is great.

Currently doing some renovations (no noise though) and one lift wasnt working so when staying on the 39th floor, getting up or down was frustrating at times. The wifi is patchy and slow. Works in the lounge area of the room but not in the bedrooms - it drops in and out.

Great location. 5min walk to Southbank. 10min walk to Collins St. Close to tram stops and the Crown also. Included breakfast was amazing - you could order anything off the menu (no buffet) as well as a large coffee and a juice - great value for money.

One of the elevators was a bit rickety and looked like a construction site. But I appreciate the building was having some works done and that elevator was being used by the trades and had been clad internally to protect it.

Happy with the room, Although it was overkill for my stay, I had booked a room last minute on Melbourn F1 GP week but my travel date was changed by conference organisers to move it away from the GP. That meant I needed to change reservation dates after booking. Despite this the WRAP staff were super helpful and facilitated my request with no problems. The location was good, easy walking distance to everything I needed during my time there.

Wifi was clunky and intermittent, though to be fair staff mentioned phones were playing up so possibly this was part of the issue. No doubt it’s already resolved.

When we got off the elevator for the floor we were on, you could smell the strong stench of smoke. It was if people were smoking inside the rooms

Some of the surfaces had been missed in the cleaning process (hard to see the smears as a cleaner though as they were only visible in certain light eg backsplash in kitchen, cupboards in kitchen

Nicely laid out room - comfortable amount of space fro 3 people. Location great - close to everything we needed Beds were pretty comfortable and warm enough.

The building was under repairs as the renovated a few of the upper floors which meant only 2/3 lifts were working. The sauna in the swimming pool could've had clearer instructions and a bit of a tidy up / clean. Minor (non-permanent) critiques really

The room / suite we stayed in was awesome. great view over the Southbank of the river. nice quality to it and a great space to relax into when we weren't seeing the city, The Location couldn't be better with 10 great restaurants a literal minute's walk from the front desk.
