This historic lodge is located on the shore of Twin Lakes and surrounded by mountains and skiing. The lodge was built in 1924 and provides seasonal bike and boat rentals. we found your location in April 2021 while traveling home from our first post covid trip. site was closed, but we walked around and felt that a return visit was in our future. scheduled a night as we traveled to a family wedding in NV.

This resort is located in Mammoth Lakes and is within 5 minutes' drive of the Inyo National Forest. It offers a golf course, a heated outdoor pool and a hot tub. The location is excellent. We visited in Fall, so the ski has not started. The trolly has a stop right in front of the resort which is nice for family especially older people and young kids.
