Staying at Albergo Ristorante da Settimio was a true pleasure. Francesco and his staff run a lovely small hotel and restaurant that has been in his family for 3 generations. It was a pleasure to be greeted warmly upon our arrival, with the assurance that if we needed anything we need only ask. Francesco loves Lago Trasimeno, and is proud to follow in the line of a family who committed their lives to hospitality and hard work. A stay here is a return to being a valued guest. Our room was simple with a balcony facing the lake. The bed was very comfortable. It had all the essentials for a comfortable stay: well cleaned and disinfected, small fridge, WiFi, A/C, screens on the windows. We would happily return here again, and will recommend it to others.

Locanda Poggioleone is in Pozzuolo, a 10-minute drive from Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno. It is immersed in nature and offers a garden and an outdoor pool with hot tub. Great property, with amazing views of the lake and very friendly staff. The breakfast spread is also very nice and the Olive Oil they serve is one of the best I’ve ever tasted.

Ubytovanie Isola Polvese Resort sa nachádza v destinácii Castiglione del Lago 28 km od miesta Perugia Cathedral a ponúka službu concierge, antialergické záhradu, bezplatné Wi-Fi a bar. We had a lovely stay at the Polvese resort. The atmosphere on the island was quiet and relaxing, we visited the beach and walked around. The stuff was super friendly, spoke English, and the suite we stayed in was adequate for a family of 2 adults, and 2 little children. We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast is very good, we chose to eat outside in the shade, it was great. You can park your car on the street or on the large public parking near the ferry for free. The ferry ride to the island takes about 12 minutes, the cost is 4.20 euro per adult. Bear in mind that the last ferry from San Feliciano leaves at 19:00

Situated on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, Hotel Kursaal is set among extensive gardens. It offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV. The welcome from all the staff on arrival was absolutely 100% after a weary journey from Ireland by air and train/taxi… the owner/principal (Bruno) was excellent with plenty of advice and assistance with getting into nearby Passignano sul Trasimeno… we will be forever thankful to Hotel Kursaal for making our stay in Italy very memorable and fulfilling! The Belvedere is a family-run hotel in Passignano Sul Trasimeno, on a gentle hill 10 minutes' walk from the centre. lt offers an outdoor swimming pool and free parking. It's an family-run hotel, old but very neat and clean. The owner was extremely friendly and welcomed us as very special guests and met all our needs. The breakfast was simple, yet very delicious, including home-made cakes - yummy! It's 10-15 mins walk from the marina, have a pool, free parking, and there's a supermarket nearby.
