The Hotel is very well located. The rooms are quite big for Tokyo standards. It’s a bit pricey but that comes together with the spacious room(s). Would stay again because the location is awesome and very nearby Shinjkuku station.

The proximity of the hotel to both JR line and Oedo line makes it convenient. It also helps that the hotel owns Lawson convenience store which was located inside the hotel but there's several 7-11 nearby. The laundry facility, although small (long wait times, depending on time of day) helped but there's a laundromat nearby as well.

Great location. Walking distance to a train station. Bathroom was great, good size and versatile. Staff were super helpful especially we wanted to use the hotel luggage service. Staff were lovely, concise and courteous.

Our second stay in this hotel. The beds are very comfortable, everyone was very nice, the view is awesome and one of the best breakfasts ever. We went here even though it was golden week and prices were higher.
