The staff are incredibly helpful. They have local awareness and provide a very safe, spotlessly clean hotel with great food, drinks and coffees. The atmosphere is lively with evening live music with diners enjoying the music at times singing along and getting involved. It’s a very local feel. Safety paramount and no threat at any time.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel with the most wonderful interiors. The beds and room were excellent barring some fixtures that were quite old. The staff is very friendly and give you multiple options for things to do. Mind you it's warm in the afternoons but the evenings are simply perfect ( I was there mid April). Location is the best once you figure out the maze that is the Kemeralti market. Please explore as there are gems at much more reasonable prices than Istanbul. Probably half the price! Breakfast was excellent. The Turkish breakfast buffet had such a variety everyday!

loved the location in the middle of the agora…you may have to walk a block to get there pending on the time of your arrival. if you want a daytime quiet place bring ear plugs…the inner courtyard is quiet at night and in the morning, but lunch time it becomes a meeting place for bazaar visitors! fun but a bit noisy…

This hotel is situated in the heart of the old Bazaar. There is so much to see around the area that I wished that we had stayed a little longer we didn't get a chance to see half of the old market. Breakfast was plentiful and could be eaten in the small dining room or the outside restaurant area. The staff were all very helpful and obliging, especially Turkerl on reception, who liaised with our taxi driver from Izmir Airport and helped us recover our lost mobile. We are at the Restaurant our first evening and food was very tasty, musical entertainment and attentive waiters. We will definitely return and spend a longer time at this hotel.

Staff at this hotel were simply the best . I had an issue that I couldn’t be accommodated with a room with a window. I was in Izmir for a medical condition , and every piece of daylight I can get is important. However this does not take away from the fact that this is a marvellous hotel. Restaurant Food was great with staff who go above and beyond. The chef was an awesome young man . I will stay here again , the hospitality was fantastic. I’d definitely recommend this hotel

OUTSTANDING PLACE. We could stay only one night, the hotel was amazing. Super nice people, great food, nice breakfast. Excellent location in a heart of the Bazaar. Rooms cosy and very clean, with nice warm water, water kettle, and a portion of coffee/tea. Restaurant is beautiful, filled with amazing staff . I recommend trying their seabass and Turkish wine.
