First of all, the hotel is great! The staff are very friendly and does everything in their might to help us. The view from our room was amazing! We had a view over the ocean and the town of Funchal, so we could relax on the balcony with a great view. We had breakfast and dinner included with our room and the food is delicious! The options vary every day, which is really nice! I could keep going with what is nice about this hotel. The staff is very engaging and did a lot of things to make our stay extra special. THANK YOU! This has been the best hotel experience I've ever had!

Allegro Madeira is at the perfect location. It’s surrounded by bars, restaurants and bus stop. The sea is at walking distance as well and supermarkets are nearby too. It’s about a 20mins walk to the old town.

There is everything what you need. Clean rooms and bathrooms, enough space and balconies for each room. Location is near the sea, there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Personel is very friendly and professional. Breakfast was good, wise choice for one’s needs. There is also airport shuttle bus stop near the hotel, which is a great plus if you plan travelling with it.

Great hotel for travelling solo, staff extremely helpful and friendly and location is brilliant for getting into Funchal as well as around the island. Breakfast options plentiful, poolside area spacious and beds extremely comfy. I had a lovely stay at the hotel and would return as it was good value for money.

1.We had a room with a very beautiful sea view. 2. Great location: there are many different cafes near the hotel, the ocean is a 2-minute walk, Spar is just around the corner. Nearby there is a paid swimming pool on the shore, with the opportunity to swim in the ocean under the supervision of lifeguards. Also there is an official beach near this pool but without lifeguards, many people swam there. There is a good promenade. 3. Parking for 5 euros, there have always been places but the parking is not big. Nearby there is paid parking near pingo doce store, price was the same 4. Good breakfast, tasty coffee and they can cooked omelette if you ask 5. Nice bar on the roof 6. Friendly service people. Receptionists were always helpful 7. There are sauna and hammam upon reservation, it was free

The location was great. Just by the sea and surrounded by many shops. The bus stop is also just by the hotel making it easy to go around. The food was also really good.
