Claudia is a miracle worker. For the first time (and we travel regularly with booking) we experienced such perfect help. Thanks to her our daughters really enjoyed Venice:). The apartment is great, close to everything and yet in a quiet place, unless you open the window to the canal :), where it is wonderfully lively:). It's amazing to watch. We recommend it to everyone.

Claudia was the most incredible host, helping provide local recommendations and organising travel and food as needed. The apartment is beautiful, in a wonderful setting and we were sad to leave. It was filled with ameities and Claudia was not far and on hand with anything that was needed. We were so close to everything and the balcony was an amazing treat to watch the gondolas go past.

- The location is directly situated at a canal. Unique Venice experience with the Gondolas and Water taxis passing by while enjoying the complementary sparkling sitting indoors or outdoors. - Very quiet apartment next to Marco Polo's birthplace, even though it is just a 5-minute walk from the buzzing Rialto. The apartment was large, spacious, clean and superbly located. We particularly enjoyed that it had its own dock and could sit in the dining room with the doors open, with a drink watching all the gondolas go by. The hosts were superb, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and answer any questions we had, make recommendations and be on hand if we needed anything. Unfortunately my son required a trip to hospital whilst we were there and she even offered to come with us to help with translating etc. They arranged our transfers to and from the accommodation which meant we were able to arrive at our own dock, that was extra special. I really can’t recommend this apartment enough. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Words can’t give this place justice, it is an amazing place owned by amazing people . Once you get in you feel “ wowed” by the apartment and the view from the balcony. The apartment is so clean, very well furnished and has everything anyone would want for his holiday” and even more”. As a sweet gesture , Claudia left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed at night while sitting in the balcony. The ‘in room breakfast’ is a must if you are staying in this appartment, it is so generous and sooo yummy and on a view better than any restaurant. Thank you so much Claudia and Marco🥰🥰

The host was very accommodating. We arrived first thing in the morning and made her way to accomodate our luggage before the check in time. And checks us from time to time if we needed anything else. The location is just perfect, its along the canal where you can see the beauty of the gondolas traffic. Building is historical, its 1000 years old and the facilities are 5 stars.

First and foremost, Claudia is the best host and is a major part of the whole experience. Her hospitality, kindness and willingness to help really made the whole stay extra special. The location is central and a short walking distance to anything you would want to see in Venice. The apartment is absolute perfection. The interior design achieves a classy modern design while still maintaining the essence and charm of a vintage Venetian home. To make things even better, it’s part of the historic Casa Marco Polo. The apartment is very clean and very well resourced. The pinnacle of the apartment is the outdoor terrace where you literally get to experience the beauty and culture of Venice firsthand. Sitting outside having breakfast and dinner with Gondolas passing by is a memory you’ll never forget. This is a once in a lifetime experience and I could not recommend it any more.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of Marco Polo, a 5 minute walk to Rialto Bridge. The clincher was the balcony, which allows you to sit directly on the canal watching all the gondolas float by from your very own room! We did not see any others like it!!
