Overlooking the Aegean Sea, Zacharoula Rooms is set on a 3-acre green plot in picturesque Manganitis. Seychelles beach is 2 km away, while Fyrodi beach is 500 m away. away. Bright and airy, the traditionally decorated units at Zacharoula Rooms offer Aegean or mountain views. The quadruple room has a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a balcony with a sea view. The family room consists of a triple room and an extra room containing a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen with the double bed is provided by the fourth person and above or if you wish with an additional fee of 50 euros. The triple room, in case you don't want to take the extra room, has a shared kitchen in the courtyard and you can cook there. Each room has its own separate toilet with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Air conditioning is provided. All rooms have balconies overlooking the sea and their own entrance. A shared washing machine is available. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. There is free private parking next to the property and public parking. In the surrounding area there are mini markets, restaurants and traditional taverns. The port of Evdilos is 17 km away, while the airport of Ikaria is 38 km away. away.

Our property includes Grandfather’s stone house which recently renovated and expanded. It has two floors and consists of five rooms sunny and airy with beautiful views of the sea and the mountain, each of which can accommodate 2-4 people. Each of our room is uniquely made and more beautiful than the other with respect to our Aegean culture, tradition and the colors of our island. The floors of the rooms are wooden or marble, the ceiling of each room are wooden as well the doors and the windows. It features traditional furniture and maintaining a calm and beautiful feeling. Each room has a separate and private entrance with balcony or courtyard so as everyone enjoys his site. All rooms are fully equipped and furnished with modern amenities. The rooms are surrounded by a lush garden 1,5 acre and there is a communal area where everyone can sit at night enjoying the moon and the sea. In the garden there is right and left semi-woodsy area of infinite beauty. #TravellerReviewAwards2021 @bookingcom
Eleni graduated from university of Athens, History and Archaeology department. She speaks English, She is kind and helpful, likes spending time in Ikaria swimming in the sea and dancing at the Ikarian feasts. Stella is Eleni’s mother, was born in Lesvos, and fell in love with the village and Ikaria since she met her husband Stephen and goes to the island since 1985. She speaks little English, cooks great, She is friendly and likes to care people. She loves decorating, dancing, cooking, walking and the natural and healthy life. We have also a son, Lefteris, who deals with acupuncture and like alternative medicine and natural life. Stephen was born and raised in Manganitis Ikaria, finished the Economic University of Thessaloniki, is fond of History. He also loves nature and likes to cultivate it.
In Manganitis 1.5 km. from our property is one of the most beautiful beaches, the famous exotic beach 'Seychelles' and Our beaches are unique and protected from the wind. The village is a lush coastal valley surrounded by high mountains and sea, with main vegetation olives, fig trees, pines, oaks, arbutus and huge menhirs, giving it its uniqueness. Coming from the port of Evdilos to Manganitis, passing wildlife southern Ikaria a tunnel leading you to the valley of Manganitis. In our village you can find anything you want. There is a playground in the village center, and many traditional coffee shops and restaurants. So you can enjoy local food, wine, fresh vegetables and fruits in the shops of the village. There is also Grocery store-Greengrocer for your needs. During the night you can enjoy a drink in the bar-restaurant of the village or in the tavern by the sea or in the traditional cafes, taverns located in the beautiful nature. We expect you to come to the beautiful Manganitis to enjoy our island
