Property information

In the coveted holiday home area Lønstrup, this holiday home with whirlpool is close to shops, restaurants, artisans, galleries and ice cream parlors. The large living room, which is in open connection with a well-equipped kitchen, has a nice light from the large window that goes all the way to the kip. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a large whirlpool and skylights, so you can enjoy the starry sky. This bathroom is located off the master bedroom. The house is heated with air / water heat pump with underfloor heating in all rooms. There is a 100/100 fiber network, so you can move the workplace to the cottage. There are also antenna plugs in all rooms in case of a rainy day if you want to spend the day indoors. The house is located on a level plot, which is edge planted with various deciduous trees / shrubs. There is a nice lawn for ball games and driveway for parking. The partially fenced wooden terrace is surrounded by the house to the west, north and east, so it should always be possible to find a place with shelter. Not for rent to youth groups.
