we loved the fact that even though we arrived late and reception was closed, the entry instructions and codes worked perfectly. We were able to get into the room and crash in comfort. When we met the team the following day, they were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was gorgeous with everything you could possibly need.

Excellent location in the center of the old city. The staff is very attentive and tries to help. A large quiet and modern room that also includes a balcony. A very wide and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Breakfast in an adjacent restaurant with good service and a variety of fresh and delicious products.

Right in the middle of town, everything you could want is within walking distance - we were here for the Christmas markets, which are a short walk away, but there are dozens of restaurants / bars just outside the hotel, and the train station is very close. The room was big (I think we paid more for a non-standard room) and it had a nice kitchenette. I didn't eat breakfast, but I know it is served in the neighbouring restaurant (Japanase I think). We had to extend our stay a couple of times due to external factors, and the staff were extremely helpful in arranging that.

We had the best stay at this hotel - our room was spacious, clean, modern and super comfortable! We also appreciated all the little extras such as the coffee machine, luxury soaps, complimentary water and ginger bread on arrival etc! The location is also perfect - easy walk to the train station as well as the old town and city centre. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Monki restaurant is delicious too! We couldn’t fault anything and would definitely be back!
