The food was excellent - wide variety and high quality. The hotel has a beach area which you can access through the back entrance. The beach is equipped with umbrellas and beach chaise lounges which you can use. Rooms were cleaned daily. Even if the hotel building is quite old, it is renovated. Spa facilities are acceptable as variety and they are new and well-maintained.

Renovated in 2020, the onsite spa centre offers 2 saunas, a steam bath, hammam, aqua therapy pool, sun terrace, salt room, relaxation zones, a fitness area and 2 mineral water pools. From 15th September until 15th May guests have free access to outdoor and indoor pools with thermal mineral water. Free WiFi access is available. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge. Private parking is possible on site. There are two separate zones - Green Zone - free for hotel guests and Blue Zone (right in front of the hotel), which costs extra. All air-conditioned rooms feature cable TV, a single sofa bed, a minibar and a balcony with either sea or garden views. The private bathrooms are equipped with a bath. At The Palace Hotel there are a main hotel restaurant with a terrace and à la carte restaurant on the beach. There are also meeting facilities, a mini market and a beauty shop on site. The property is located a 6-minute drive away from Cabacum Beach, 10 km away from the city centre of Varna and 8 km away from Golden Sands. Varna Airport is reachable within 20 km.
