Rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. The hostess was polite and discreetly checked whether we needed anything during our stay. Great attention was given to every detail, from decoration of the property to everything that you may need for breakfast. We really appreciated the welcoming local Bakewell tarts and wine. Thank you! 🙂 We will definitely come back!

The Tenth House, Grade II asub Wirksworthis ajaloolises hoones, 24 km kaugusel Chatsworthi majast. Lovely house in a lovely area. Helpful hosts provided a useful information document before my stay which I really appreciated. Lots of nice touches around the place, including a record player. Great place to relax for a few days. Bus stop 5 minutes walk away.

Quaint cottage, located in a beautiful derbyshire village. Great location for getting around. Very clean and cozy, well equipped with everything we needed. Nice comfy bed. The shower was amazing. Plenty of parking. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Joanne was lovely, with great communication before our stay. It was a pleasure to finally meet her. Happy to recommend this property to family and friends. Would definitely stay again! 😁

The location was great because it is next to Grotton Hall and is located through some gates behind a wall, away from the main road. It's also close to most amenities in Lydgate and everything such as pubs and supermarkets are easy to get to. Great for a hiking weekend too as the North Peak District isn't far away.

Martin, our host provided all the information needed to find and access the property, and get around in the area. The facilities and amenities in the cottage were very complete and nice quality, it really made us feel at home. He was also available by what's app and promptly and helpfully answered any questions we had. The location was very good for walks, a lovely local pub/restaurant, and access to Matlock and connecting roads.
