This team is so special and helpful! They helped me a lot with a lot of issues. I felt like they were my friends. The rooms are luxurious. Guys if you see that I love you! And thank you for everything!

We arrived late and they sent us over the menu and took our order from the restaurant so we had food when we arrived. They arranged airport pick up and phoned the driver to get an update on our location so they knew when to start making our meal. Breakfast was great. Helped us to book all tours/ excursions. Its evident they are committed to reduce the use of plastic. Beautiful rooms and bathroom

It is a boutique hotel, quiet and comfortable, a 15min walk from the centre of town. The staff were superb and accommodating. Breakfast spread was fantastic - just the right combination of Western and Asian fare.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered was delicious, although it may benefit from more European options including a variety of cereal, fruits and yoghurts. The hotel offers complimentary bike rental which allowed for easy exploration of the area. Despite being a bit outside the old quarter, it was only a short taxi ride away or a pleasant bicycle ride. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were exceptional and added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I would definitely stay again if returning to Hoi An.

This hotel is a 10 minutes walk from the old town which makes it very quiet. The rooms are huge, with all amenities and a giant and comfortable bed. The breakfast has a large choice of Western and Vietnamese options. I had a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat, High recommend!
