Situated at the base of the wild Tsitsikamma Mountains, The Fernery overlooks an impressive 30-metre waterfall in the Sanddrift River gorge. The Chalet was clean, spacious and in beautiful surroundings. Comfy beds, enough power points, good working internet. The kitchenette was well appointed. Lots of entertainment from the monkeys and wonderful bird life. Super friendly staff, great breakfast and dinner. Even the wine list (we are wine exporters) was impressive.

The view was amazing and the tents were really large and comfortable. Equipment for cooking and braai were all there. It was just an overall great experience to stay at an accommodation like this.

This is an incredible treasure! Sophia and Luc are warm, generous people. not only did Sophia provide a wonderful welcome, on my way out they both came and rescued me from a flat tire and changed it for me!

Longhill Lodge อยู่ในอัดโดโดยห่างจากเนลสัน แมนเดลา เบย์ สเตเดียม 49 กม. และห่างจาก Uitenhage Railway Station 46 กม. The property is amazing, really spacious, cleaned everyday to a high standard. It has an amazing outdoor area with a Braai which we enjoyed using. It’s a great base location to visit Addo Elephant park which is an hour away. The lodge is secluded and you feel totally immersed in the beautiful surroundings, we walked in the mornings, saw lots of animals especially at night on the way back to the lodge. Safari’s are also available but we did these in Amakhala so just relaxed in the afternoons. There are a few nice restaurants in the local town if you want to eat out, if not the local spar is good. This is a most beautiful spot - much better than the photographs! Was a lovely surprise to arrive on a baking hot day, after a long drive, to find our rooms hidden in a really special garden amidst a forest. There are two communal braai areas, a big shaded table and chairs and a little plunge pool. The rooms are well equipped, comfortable and everything thought of. At night we looked up at a sky full of stars and enjoyed the tranquility and gorgeous air. We felt safe and very relaxed. Althea was warm and welcoming, and provided clear instructions on how to get there, where to buy food etc. We shopped at the local padstal and bought sosaties, sausages and rooster brood for our braai. Was delicious. Our regret was that we were only staying one night - we found it difficult to leave Furrows Lodge! What a find! And….a short walk to the Owl House and this remarkable village, restaurants etc. All in all, a memorable stay.

The highlight was the tranquillity and nature of the accommodation. It is also very beautiful, stylish and cozy. We immediately felt at home. Ingrid is a brilliant hostess and gives good advice. She is very friendly and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious. Even though the access road to the lodge is a bit long, you can easily reach activities such as Addo and Schotia Safari.

Offering an outdoor pool and restaurant, Addo Wildlife is located near Addo Elephant Park in the Eastern Cape Region. Free private parking is available on site. - The common garden with the ibexes. - The restaurant served really great food. The staff was also very friendly. - The safaris with our ranger Brighton were amazing.

Magical place, within a beautiful reserve. Attentive staff, large rooms furnished with great taste. The view over the valley is something unique, which alone is worth the trip. This place was an absolute gem in our long road trip in south africa. Absolutely recommended.

Guests can enjoy swimming at the outdoor pool. we have had an amazing 3-night stay at the Charihandra game lodge. The accommodation was beautiful and the views were stunning. The host also made a booking for a game drive in addo. took us a while to get there but it was worth it. on our second day we had a relaxing day at the pool and the giraffes came out and one of them was even drinking out of the pool- it was an amazing experience. thank you for everything!
