Isabelle is a great host. Very kind amd caring. Speaks English very well.
The rooms were spotless clean and the sheets were crispy clean and smelled of lavender. All was so neat and fresh. Tasty breakfast. Cute garden where we chilled and read a book. Played board games (from the house) with our kids in the communal family room

This is truly an awesome castle, we loved it, so old worldly it was just gorgeous, a real step back in time, we felt so privileged to be able to stay. We ate at the restaurant up the road as it was a Monday and the main restaurant was not open. We loved the food, we loved the atmosphere and the staff were so wonderful. The staff at the Chateau were also terrific nothing was to much trouble, welcomed with a smile, thank you.

Beautiful Château, surroundings, staff and food. Our dogs had a nice time too. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and very professional. Some of the other visitors staying can come across quite unfriendly and stuck up. Probably due to not being used to being in such a wonderful place.

we love the chateaux as it is so beautiful and luxurious and a great place to end our trip. the pricing of the rooms is a bit random as we booked a small attic room but got the room over the garages. The room was large but older.
The room was large but older. The gardens were well kept and also large. The hotel is disjointed with bars in one building and restaurant in another. The restaurant is also disjointed and one gets the impression that there are different levels of treatment offered between the two areas. The meals were not top shelf but the costs were. There are others closer to Epernay that offer better value

The best thing about this castle is its atmosphere, wonderful original architectural design, nice interior with old but well maintained classic furniture and green garden around. Staff is very friendly and always very kind. Do not forget to have dinner at the Chateau restaurant. Wonderful experience - Great food and great service.

The Orangery rooms are good and spacious with all necessary facilities. It is in the heart of the Champagne region and there are loads of small producers in Etoges and the surrounding villages. The Chateau was superb, the grounds were marvellous and lovely to stroll around. The staff were very helpful and showed us to our room and the restaurant. The food for the evening meal was excellent. The whole place was quiet and relaxing, would definitely stay again. Visit Lucas Borel champagne house opposite the hotel, excellent quality.

The interior has such a tasteful decoration, beautifully renovated (building from the 17th century). Breakfast and dinner was amazing. The surrounding environment is wonderful. I wish we could have spent more time here. Will be back definitely if visiting Champagne. The hotel staff is also very helpful and kind. Rooms are clear and quiet.
