The bus ride to this location was a bit of a nightmare and not easily found or access. Despite of 1 hour cushion, bus ride back to catch my ferry was insanely long & I made it by 1 minute to spare. I encountered lots of hostile locals. After arrival with bus, I texted my Host for direction & no reply. A local girl helped me or I would not have found It. The building is big, sad looking and not updated. The rooms are decent size but bed is old, sheets are thin and really grandma style. The bathroom has cracked tiles all over, super dated & depressing. The communal kitchen is large but lacks many basic things. The communication with Host was challenging and not super warm. The nearby town was not charming, tiny and restaurant options limited. The best part about my stay was the A/C and than was it.

Loved the location, so quiet and away from the busy tourist areas, close to the beach and close to the township. Lovely host and spa pool on the roof for relaxing in at the end of the day.

Basina is about 4km from the town of Vrboska, in a very quiet location and the beautiful sea is 200m away. Along the shore you can find shade in the pine trees and there is enough space everywhere so that you don't disturb anyone. The beach is rocky with sharp rocks, so I wouldn't recommend it for families with small children, but there are plenty of suitable beaches for children in the surrounding area. If you like cycling, I suggest you bring your own bike so you can explore the beautiful nature on your bike. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very clean, the owners are friendly and extremely hospitable, we really felt great.
Located in the center of Vrboska and just 5 minutes from the sea, Apartments Ena offer self-catering accommodations with a garden and free WiFi access.

B&B 366 offers air-conditioned rooms in Vrboska. A 11-minute walk from Maslinica Beach and 0.8 miles from Soline Beach, the property features a garden and a bar.
Vrboska is not too crowded and is just right for families.
Vrboska is not too crowded and is just right for families. There are many beautiful beaches, good location for walking and not far from Jelsa or Stari Grad. There are two supermarkets just 3 km away, but also two smaller markets in center of Vrboska.

Vrboska is a small town but still lots happening. It is a 30 to 40 minute bud journey from hvar town so still easily accessible. There are a number of beaches within walking distance from Vrboska, closest being about 10mins and the furthest being 30. There are places to rent boats and scooters. Loads of bars and restaurants to visit! The locals are all very friendly and the town is so beautiful. Perfect for a quiet get away !

Nice city, public beach is quite ok, however, there are a lot of small bays near where you can perform snorkeling with all family members. Lots of nudists in this area, no issue with our side, however, we heard from few families that they could wear something where are on public forrest path. On the opposite side of bay in the city, is located restaurant Luka-Gardelin - definitely worth to eat there - excellent food and much cheaper, octopus from oven - delicious!

Vrboska is very picturesque yet more laid back than some of the other towns in Hvar but there's still everything you need with a good selection of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops. The beaches are outside the main town but it's a pleasant walk or cycle through the woods at the edge of the water to the Soline beach (suitable for families) with bar and restaurant. If you want somewhere quieter just walk further along tree lined path by the water to find a spot.

Nice little town with nice beaches nearby ... Didn't like the prices, 20EUR for a 10km taxi ride? Food in restaurants is mostly not that good, often it's to expensive or sometimes badly portioned. I'm talking about what normal person can afford (10EUR to 20EUR meals per person) ... I'm sure If you are willing to pay more that you will be able to get something really good .... But I was disappointed ...

The town is lovely, head for a stroll at night around and have dinner at one of the restaurants by the harbor, rent a bike and explore the areas around Vrboska, join the excursion from Vrboska to Bol, pay a visit to Jelsa
Alek is a very friendly host who lives downstairs. The rom was low-cost but we didn’t spend much time there anyway so it’s fine. If you’re looking for a place to just lay your head down for a cheap price after the whole day at the beach, it’s a way to go. The kitchen and the terrace is outside and shared with other guests. The fridge is in the hall (also shared). The room only has a tiny balcony (for 1 chair) and a bathroom. Vrboska centre is within walking distance. There is an AC in the room.
For me it is one of two best places to stay in Vrboska. It is perfect for solo travellers as myself - the place is perfectly located almost in the center of the town, studio apartment is big enough for one person, it is perfectly maintained. The Internet access is blazingly fast. The lady running the place is very nice and kind to the guests. It was perfect stay as usual, I wish that the studio will be available on dates of my next year vacation.
We really enjoyed our stay overlooking the marina in Vrboska.
Petra and her family were an absolute delight. They gave us a lift to Hvar Town and to the ferry, as well as baking me a delicious birthday cake!
The apartment is simply furnished and spotlessly clean and the location is a 3 minute walk from the centre of town.
We walked to Jelsa along the quiet road and cycle way, stopping to swim along the way.
Location is very authentic small village with a long bay full of beaches ending in a "village center". Place is amazing if you have a means of transport since it's too long to walk to Hvar city for example. The apartment itself is very spacious and contains all appliances needed for also a longer stay with a small family. Very big parking lot just above the house. Very nice beach Maslinica 10 mins walking.
The property is nestled in a very beautiful natural setting. The little house is surrounded by gorgeous Mediterranean scrub. A cozy private beach / sea access is connecting the property with the blue sea. The house is perfect for whom loves to cook outside, watch shooting stars, enjoy outdoor breeze, have shower outside, to smell the sea.
The guest are super kind, discreet and helpful.
the rooms are very nice, everything in its place, clean balcony super, there is nothing bad to say, what I was most surprised is how nice the staff is, its all owned by a family I presume, but they are all professional and very welcoming, for the price its the best place to stay in Vrboska 😀
Wonderful experience with our hosts Alenka and Damjan. Very kind people and very interested in helping us enjoy our stay. Alenka also owns a great Cafe in Vrboska, Caffe Bar Gira, and they both also own D and A boat rentals...one stop shop with this great couple :)
This apartment was in a great location and was spacious enough for two people to be comfortable. The hostess, Mariana, welcomed us with juice and gave us an explanation of everything we needed to know to get around Vbroska and the rest of Hvar.
Location is great. We really enjoyed the walk along the water to the lovely town of Vrboska. We had breakfast included which was good with a good selection, not the best taste but it's what you expect from a large buffet.
The Host was amazing! The apartment is located perfectly in the small town of Vrboska and provides a beautiful view from the terrace. Highly recommended for a couple in search of a calm and relaxing place to visit.
EVERYTHING. From the cute town of Vrboska to the best host in all our trip to Croatia. Dragana made us feel at home at all times and even share homemade wine with us and fresh fruits. Petra was super helpful too.
It was an absolute beautiful place with an amazing view. Great location and it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Susanna was a very sweet lady that helped to make it even better. Fantastic hotel!
Beautiful property, nice apartment with a great view and lots of comforts of home, lovely hosts who were very helpful and communicative, easy beach access to a picture perfect, quiet bay.
great apartment! very clean and well appointed. good location in Vrboska, close to town. spacious for 5 adults. kitchen is great for light lunches and dinners. hosts are very friendly.
This is a very spacious and comfortable house in Vrboska with a great view over the village. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay here again on my next visit.
