Scandi hotel chains always have a certain standard, that's why I like to book them. This place met my expectations; clean, safe, well organised and spacious rooms with all that you need. This is what I liked the most:
- Comfy room and bed, comfy lounge chair in room, desk for working, tv, and a spacious shower
- Reception was super busy when I rushed to pick up my bag and they told me to ask the bar keeper who was super friendly and helpful. Thanks!
- Breakfast is expensive yes, EUR 24 (in Stockholm it would be maybe EUR 18-19) but it's amazing if you have time to sit and brunch
- The design of lobby and breakfast areas. Gorgeous!
- Easy to check in and check out
- Nice soaps in bathroom
- You can ventilate room by opening windows (only in ventilation mode)
- Near to train station
- Near to river for nice walks
- Bright and clean room
- Worked perfectly well to work in the room (I would have preferred the lobby area but due to an event it was too busy)

Located near central Germany, Frankfurt is not simply the beating heart of the country. It’s also the lifeblood of the European Union.
The German Federal Bank and the European Central Bank are based here, so naturally this is a city where commerce thrives. In fact, the skyline is so punctuated by skyscrapers that Frankfurt is affectionately known as Mainhattan, a pun on the River Main that slowly meanders through the city.
Lining its banks is Museumsufer, a district comprising over 20 museums including Goethe’s birthplace and the Frankfurt Historical Museum. Impressive views of all of this can be enjoyed from the tower of Gothic-style Frankfurt Cathedral which played an important role in the Holy Roman Empire.
In the shadow of the modernist architecture remain traces of quintessential Germany. The reconstructed half-timbered facades in Römer square are picture perfect, and the cobbled streets of Fressgass are always full of locals deciding which café to dine at.
Served by Frankfurt Airport - one of the world’s busiest - this pumping city is always on the move. This means that hotels in Frankfurt gets booked up pretty quickly, so book early with Booking.com to secure the accommodation of your choice.
Frankfurt is an exciting and cosmopolitan city. There are many museums to visit and it is close to the Rhine. There are also many shopping and dining options. The MyZeil Mall on the Zeil (close to the Hauptwache Underground station) is well worth the visit for families who want to shop and dine at an affordable price.

Frankfurt is the only German city to make it into the top-10 of the World's Most Livable Cities ranking. And, indeed, it is a great place merging historic and modern architecture, excellent shopping, infrastructure and food combined with a global & metropolitan feel.

It is a modern city and easy to move around.
It is a modern city and easy to move around. Unfortunately we arrived one day before X'mas day and most of the city was closed for the 3 days we were there. But the gathering of thousands of people at the main square to hear the church bells on X'mas eve was quite an unique experience!

Nice city but stay away from the area directly in front of the train station. Rampant drug use, red light district and gang violence. Been to Frankfurt 10 years ago. I am shocked at how the place has deteriorated in just 10 years.

You have many options what to do in Frankfurt!
You have many options what to do in Frankfurt! I always eat at my favorite Restaurants but next time I’ll try other ones out! I can recommend the Chiking City Restaurant it’s a Korean fried Chicken restaurant which is btw halal for the Muslim visitors and it’s great!! Also the Bars around the Main river are great! I also went to the Kpop Party it was great to!
Staff accomodated my change request that they didnt have to! everyone was nice and pleasant. Many hotels in Frankfurt are near the trainstation which is very dodgy - this one is close to botanical garden, with straight way to city centre and not dodgy at all! Bed was so comfortable that after the day of sightseeing I would just fall asleep way ahead of time, like 8 in the evening. Bathroom was clean. It is an overall great hotel, with amazing location and old school charm!
The location of this hotel is excellent. After a 10 to 15 minutes' walk, you can reach Römeberg to explore the city centre. There are shopping malls and a range of businesses. After that, you can walk along the riverside to appreciate the downtown view. I really enjoy the restaurant at the top of the hotel. It is a place where you can have fine dining or simply relax with a few drinks while taking in the views of the skylines in Frankfurt.
The hotel was easy to find right across from the Frankfurt am Main train station. The street was not "ideal", but it was close to coffee bar, places to eat, as well as walking distance to other hotels. We walked to the "New Old Town" (about a 20-25 minute walk) and breakfast was buffet style and delicious! Room size was comfortable and spacious enough for my husband and I (plus our luggage).
We were dreading our 15 hour layover in Frankfurt as we would have to spend it in the airport due to Germany’s COVID restrictions. My Cloud hotel is conveniently located within the secure area of the Frankfurt airport and provided a clean and quiet room where we were able to relax, shower, and sleep. My Cloud was a huge and most welcomed relief for our travel weary bodies.
Location was excellent. Direct train from the airport straight to Frankfurt central station, then an easy 2 minutes walk to the hotel. Easy check in, had a discrepancy and the hotel staff fixed it straight away. Room was clean and had a window that opened for fresh air. Safe in the room. Tea kettle and tea. Good shower. Felt safe as a solo female traveler.
This was the perfect hotel for a quick overnight stop in Frankfurt. It is located right next to the old town, so great for exploring. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and the hotel bar was a lovely place for a drink at the end of the day. Very comfy bed and neat bathroom with everything you need. We were very happy with our stay.
Staff very friendly and efficient. Strongly recommended for a delayed passenger situation from Frankfurt Airport. Rooms were clean, air conditioning excellent, beds were comfortable and restaurant very good. If required, laundry facilities looked excellent. Price was a very good value giving other hotels in the area.
Relatively new hotel very close to Frankfurt airport. We stayed at both ends of our visit to Germany and had great rooms both times. Plenty of space for two suitcases while allowing ample floorspace to move around the room. Breakfast was good and the shuttle from the hotel to the airport terminal was on time.
The hotel staff communicated with me before our travel from USA to Frankfurt, Germany - - and answered several of my questions. Upon arrival - very helpful and the hotel accommodations were terrific. The generous breakfast was a BIG seller in our book.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the train central station, to the river and the city center. The view of Frankfurt skyline from our 20th floor room was amazing. The minibar beverages were included and refilled on the daily basis.
The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was way beyond what I expected for a budget hotel in the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel, near tram stops to get to old town & very near main station for airport access.
The hotel was close to the train line and easy to get to and from Frankfurt Airport. Nice new facilities with quality features. Nice food and drink options. Front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful.
It was a rest stop for one night. the room was clean and ready at time. the hotel was close to the train station (S8,S9 from/to the airport and the Line 18 to Frankfurt city). the breakfast was very good.
Hotel in the international area of Terminal 1 in Frankfurt airport. Excellent as you don't have to leave the international space and enter Germany if you need to stay overnight, in these Covid times
Breakfast had many varieties which was very good. Nice and clean hotel. Room was big but quite warm in June. Near train station about 10 mins walk. Very easy to go to city center.
The hotel is located near train station. In 15 minutes you can get to city center.
Receptionists are welcoming and helpful
