It is at Stage 9 of 16 stages of the GR20 trail going North to South. What a tremendous treat it was to take a break from rented tents and bunk houses in the mountains.And stay 2 days at this great hotel. I took the train to Ajaccio and went to the beach. A great rest day. The manager was super helpful. They have laundry facilities on site. The Dinner ,Lunches and Breakfasts that I had were excellent!

This station hotel is modern and comfortable but equally it felt like stepping back in time with polished wooden floors and lots of original features. It was lovely to watch the trains go through. It is on the backpacker route which gave it an informal comfy atmosphere. Great location for walking. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Our two night stay up in the mountains felt like a special experience.

The hotel has been lovingly updated whilst retaining its charm and character. The patron is helpful and charming. All in all a wonderful place to stay whether as a stop on the GR20 or just for a night or two to savour this mountain jewel. The added bonus is its proximity to Vizavonna station: less than 50 metres!

The room was spacious enough with all the basic amenities one would need for a night. It's close to one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Corsica: Cascade des Angles. Generous parking for your car.
