Nice town with a remain of the castle from there is nice view all around
The Old Town less picturesque but has it charming on the Weiss River. Nice for easy walk. Many good restaurants with local food. 1-2 hours is enough for visiting

Absolutely adorable village in the heart of Alsace.
Absolutely adorable village in the heart of Alsace. Plenty of restaurants, shops and places to explore! Cobbled streets be warned! Booked in advance for the restaurant Alchemille - WOW 🤩 what an experience! Fine dining at its best and clear to see why it has won lots of awards. Had a brilliant weekend and already planing to go back for the Christmas markets! Thanks

Kaysersberg is a really pretty town, full of interesting old buildings and snickets. There is a castle and easy cycle / walk routes into the vineyards. We stayed in the centre, there are lots of good restaurants to chose from. I think you have to like meat and cheese to eat here. Kaysersberg was also a really good base to visit other places in Alsace and the Vosges mountains from, we even made a trip into Germany. We were there 6 days and could easily have stayed longer.

We loved the size of Kaysersberg.
We loved the size of Kaysersberg. It was a spacious town without the crowd of Colmar. There were several excellent restaurants, a renowned pottery shop, a historic church, and even castle ruins to climb to. Above the castle ruins there is a path for hiking--we didn't bring the right shoes.
I highly recommend use of the Kutzig bus to visit the nearby towns. It is an open air bus with a scheduled route, fairly priced, and with an easy app! We visited 4 of the 8 towns, based on our time schedule, was able to sip some wine, and not have to drive a mile. We were the only patrons on the bus when we rode. It is a missed opportunity to not support this business.
Good wine abounds as does the scenery! Kaysersberg was the best choice for us!!

Nice old small Alsace town close to everything in Alsace,...
Nice old small Alsace town close to everything in Alsace, such as vineyards, mountains and Colmar. Not much shopping and no night life, but nice for relaxing in a quiet and nice old Alsatian town. Try the local typical tarte flambée. Better than pizza. I think this town is more suited for middle age to senior couples than younger guys. But, if you, like us, want to be active as well doing some road bike tours in the mountains this is the place in Alsace.

The view from the castle is stunning as it looks over the vineyards and town. I found the longer path through the vineyard to be easier than the shorter path of stairs at the other end of the village.
The apartment was superb. Beautifully presented - comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Remy and Helene were wonderful hosts, kind and generous, nothing was too much for them. The freshly baked croissants and pastries each morning were wonderful! We would highly recommend staying at Gite les oiseaux if you are visiting the Kayserberg region of Alsace.
We loved this apartment in the middle of the old town in Kaysersberg. Very clean, spacious and had all amenities. Restaurants, cafes and shops are in close proximity. Parking for a car is free and a five minute walk away. Kaysersberg is such a good place to base yourself and explore other villages in the Alsace region.
charming apartment in a lovely house. Located in the heart of Kaysersberg, right next to the river. The stay was comfortable, and everything was clean. The kitchen is good enough even for cooking. Bonus: property owner left a complimentary Kugelhopf (a local type of cake), which was really good!
The ART hotel was perfect for our stay in Kaysersberg. We had a perfect view of the castle and the accommodations were immaculate. The room was quite large which was surprising for Europe. We were there on a very cold week and the temperature in the room was perfect.
we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Location is great. very close to the center of the beautiful village but also very quiet. Many restaurants nearby. The room was super clean. Huge bed and very comfortable. highly satisfying breakfast with many choices.
Wonderful room, wonderful staff and excellent location. Breakfast is also excellent and very good value for money. It was our second time in the hotel and we will be back soon for another stay as it is the perfect basecamp for that whole wonderful area.
Wonderful location in the heart of a charming Alsace village. Spacious home, the photos do not do it justice, it is stylish and charming. Access to local wine in the wine fridge was a bonus, as was being able to see a castle from our bedroom window.
The apartment is located at the end of a side alley within the historic centre. This makes it quite, while still being just a minute away from the restaurants and shops. Staff was onsite and very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped.
This is a very attractive freshly decorated apartment in the very heart of Kaysersberg. It was quiet and had many amenities like dishwasher and washer/dryer. A sweet little patio is out back looking up to ancient walls and trees.
One of the best properties. located in the nicest and most beautiful village in France. The atmosphere, the staff and the Restaurant of the Michelin’s Chef Oliver Nasti was Perfect . Big Big Chapeaux 👏👏👏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The location was superb; you could look out the window and see the beautiful downtown. Also really enjoyed the kitchen and living room. Perfect for a short, relaxing weekend trip to Alsace. The hosts were wonderful!
A beautiful and very comfortable apartment in a perfect location, right in the centre of the village. It had all we needed and we slept very well. It was our third time in Kaysersberg and this was our best stay.
Superb location. Beautiful, wide, well equipped, big apartment. The owners are very nice and quick to respond. Easy booking and handling. Before arriving you get an email with all the info needed.
