Gorgeous little town with an incredible restaurant (L'Etrusca Bistrot which serves the best carpaccio and tiramissù we have ever had in our lives) just down the outside lift (that whole part of the village is on three stories as it is built into the rocks).
Easy walking distance from the Monster Park in the Sacro Bosco which is what we went there for. Just remember to ask for the arch (Arco) to walk through the shortcut and save walking all the way around which is just the way for driving.

I am still thinking about our stay at this place!! At first I wasn’t sure whether to book here but it exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was really clean and had everything needed. We were given a lot of breakfast items (just like in their photos) which we snacked on even days later. The highlight of our stay was the private patio outside our room which offers a beautiful view at sunrise. I’m not sure whether the room was what we originally booked or if we were given an upgrade. Make sure to book the room with the patio (it’s worth paying more). And also make sure to wake up early to see the sunrise. I promise you its worth it 😍 The accommodation also has sheep and it was so nice spending some time with them before checking out ❤️
I also really appreciated how they take recycling seriously. However, just a tip to the owner… it would be better to have shared recycling bins instead of having them in every room to reduce plastic waste. But other than that, thank you for being mindful of the environment!

Nice and friendly place in a quiet area. Good communication and easy to meet for picking up the key. Very nicely decorated with artwork from the familiy.

I liked the peculiar architecture of Bomarzo and I found it very quiet with lots of swallows flying around. There is convenient parking 5 minutes from the apartment. I really enjoyed the mysterious Orsini's Garden of Monsters, but the small elegant town was a nice surprise of its own.
