The Garden Hotel was fantastic—great service, ideal location, and fresh, stylish rooms. It's super convenient with parking and a garage, plus they're pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The restaurant was lovely, too. Highly recommend!

A beautiful property in an incredible setting. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The property has recently been lovingly restored into a perfect small bed and breakfast hotel. We also enjoyed an excellent lunch on their terrace. There is a great choice of restaurants in nearby Arezzo but a car is needed.

We have been to Arezzo a few times now and it is just wonderful! A stunning little medieval town that doesn’t get too many visitors. Buzzing at night, and lovely, cobblestoned clean streets during the day. A super treat if you’re there during Saracino festival times in June/July or September - look it up, it’s very well worth the visit!

There is an antiques fair in the city the first weekend of each month -- best to avoid Arezzo during those weekends as it's very crowded. Also best to drive there because trains go there but taxis can be hard to come by. It's a beautiful small city and if you stay in the old part of town you can walk to anyplace you want to see. The highlight is unquestionably the Piero della Francesca frescoes in the San Francesco church (reservation needed). At night many of the side streets seem deserted but I never actually felt unsafe. On the other hand you can get into any restaurant you want and the major piazzas have a festive feel in the evening. I was there for 1 1/2 days, including a side trip to San Sepolchro, and I was satisfied with my stay.

February 2023: Built on a small hill, two hours from Pisa by train and just an hour from Firenze, Arezzo is a very pleasant mediaeval city in south Tuscany and a place to spend a little time in. The city is lively but not crowded and walking around the old buildings and the city walls is easy. Although cars and vans go everywhere traffic is not a problem for visitors on foot.
Good food is easy to find and especially at the Piazza Grande where Logge Vascari looked after us on several occasions.
Beautiful rural house complex in an idyllic and strategic location on the wine hills just outside Arezzo: We were able to quickly and conveniently reach all major sightseeing places in a wide area, while sleeping in the quietest countryside. The apartments are very clean and spacious, the garden is cozy and inviting. The wifi connection in our apartment (Casa Piccola) lived up to many conference calls: An absolute plus in the Tuscan countryside! Last but not least - the Albergotti Family are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome.
The best accommodation we had in Italy. The house was perfectly equipped and newly renovated. There were a lot of options for breakfast, such as jam, sweet breads, toasted, biscuits, nutella, coffee maker with several coffee capsules. I stayed with a child and there was a tv with Disney+ children's drawings that made the difference. Air conditioning, washing machine. We felt at home in the accommodation. Would go back again!
Excellent response from host and exceptional attention to detail.
Lovey decor and very modern with the Italian touch. Kitchen very well stocked and comfortable lounge furniture
The location was as good as it gets with the centre a short walk away
Also a very smart QR code with all the best attractions in Arezzo
Enjoyed the comfortable bed . Highly recommended
We will be back
Thanks Stefano
The apartment was fantastic and new, very very clean, the beds are comfortable, the wifi works great, and the location is perfect; it's in the center of the city, with everything nearby. It's within walking distance from the train station, and parking is nearby. The owner was very available and kind, and she was very helpful in everything. I would definitely stay again next time in Arezzo
The hotel is very close to the train station (central place). We arrived at night and it was super easy to access the hotel. Also, from the hotel, it is simple to walk to the old center of Arezzo or take a bus to another point inside the city. The room was very clean, good size, the bed was comfortable and AC worked properly (but it is noise). Breakfast was simple but tasteful.
The staff is amazing! Starting with reception experience to restaurant staff, the services are great and makes you feel more than welcome.
The hotel spot is close to town center and A1 highway if you want to setup base in Arezzo and visit Rome,Liguria or the legends of Ferrari in Modena. I was lucky to get a top floor room with balcony to enjoy the summer nights in Tuscany.
Such a great surprise in the surroundings of Arezzo! We absolutely loved our stay in this relaxed ambiance. Stopped only for one night while returning home after a long trip and felt right at home. Dog-friendly place with nice options for evening walks. Friendly owners that invest a lot of love&care into their home. Easy parking and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!
The staff at Hotel Minerva always seemed preoccupied, and not very helpful. One reception desk staffer even told me to come back later when I asked to settle my account - bec a big group was getting on their buses. I guess too much going on for him. To be honest, they all looked overworked and understaffed in general. Who could blame them for a poor attitude?
Perfect variant to stay if you visit Arezzo. They don't have parking but the staff kindly managed to reserve a place in nearby parking for me. Breakfast is good. If you have a spare evening, the roof terrace provides beautiful view to the town.
The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was renovated and very nice. The hotel had a distinctive retro feel, as can see by the ancient phone, safe and hair dryer. But it was quite cool once you got used to it
Fantastic location right in the center of Arezzo. The host was incredibly kind and came to pick us up and drive us to the parking, which was right next to the property. Rooms were nice and spacious. Highly recommended
beautiful garden, spacious rooms, and quiet neighborhood. we loved it! Sara was incredible kind and understanding. we were minutes away from nightlife, delicious food, and all the arezzo had to offer.
The staff are excellent & personable. The food is excellent. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. The game room is a great place to lounge. The pool is relaxing. Overall, great hotel to stay at.
The best location to visit Arezzo. The hotel is literally in the main square. Our room was big and cool thanks to the thick old walls. The check-in was easy and the staff was super kind.
A very special place, located in an old convent just in the middle of Arezzo. Very quiet, you just hear the bells from the adjacent church. Great management by Don Pietro.
I liked how clean the room and hotel was,
I liked how friendly the staff was and how helpfull,
I liked how close the hotel was to the town center of Arezzo,
