Wonderful location, with lower level right on the promenade in Cavtat. Rooms are clean, quiet, well appointed and we thought very reasonably priced. The restaurants are excellent! Book a dinner reservation for their lovely restaurant on the waterfront!
This 4-star family-run boutique hotel is located at the beginning of the promenade in the old town of Cavtat, in a centuries-old mansion. Free WiFi is provided.

When I stayed in April the hotel was only about half full, so there was plenty of staff to go around for guests. The main style rooms are a decent size for 1 or 2 people. My room was clean and there was a welcome basket of fruit. Since there was low occupancy, I received an upgrade to a sea view room on the side of the hotel that gets good sunset views. Even with bad weather the sunset views were very good and there is a large indoor seating/conversation area with great views. The outdoor pool areas were very nice, but no one was using them or the beach for that matter because it was cool and often raining. It is an easy, flat and scenic walk into the town. The breakfast buffet has a large if not an excitingly gourmet selection of food. Same for the dinner buffet, which includes free nonalcoholic drinks along with beer and wine. I had not included the dinner plan in my booking, but dined at the hotel on my second night at a cost almost double that of including it with the reservation and still thought it was a good deal and enjoyed the meal. Some nights they also have entertainment during dinner. There are many reviews that complain about the boring repetition of the food, which if you stay there for a week is probably the case. However, it is buffet style set up to feed a large number of people every night at an inexpensive price if included with your booking. There is enough verity so as to not have to eat the same thing every day. The staff I delt with were pleasant and helpful. Except for the bad weather I was quite happy with the hotel.

The host was great. We booked last minute and he came within minutes to greet us. 10 minutes walk from the town centre a little longer to get back as it's all uphill. Very helpful with local amenities and offered to organise taxi to the airport. Beautiful town.
Boasting amazing sea and mountain views, the self-catering and family-run Villa Ana is situated on a quiet slope within walking distance of Cavtat's historic quarter.

The central area of the town had little attraction, The pubic conveniences
have a payment system involving a walk to a pay station and then use
of a scanner to verify payment. Sadly I could find no evidence of any scanner near the entry door. Thus someone wanting to use the facility
could have paid one euro with no result other than enhanced anguish
still unrelieved.
That said, areas away from the centre seemed much more tranquil -
with a gentle lapping of the shoreline by Adriatic waters.

cavtat was a small and friendly resort which as I was travelling alone
felt very safe to me. Many eating places along the front provided
plenty of choice for eating. The bus to Dubrovnic every hour was a bonus
and the water taxi option was also very nice. Duprovnic was lovely for a visit with many shops to browse. There were nice walks in Cavtat also and
the chance to swim in the sea if you wanted to. I have been to Cavtat
twice this year as I liked it that much.

Great location to visit Dubrovnik and Montenegro, which are well worth seeing but too busy to stay in.
Cavtat peaceful, convenient and very pretty. Some great places to eat, Ankora, Boheme and Bougainvillea, but avoid Leut - try to entice you in with cheap menu that isn’t available!
Everything. This is a wonderful gem of a hotel. Small, beautiful, peaceful and Ana and Eva were so lovely, you were made to feel so welcome.
My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Fab view from the balcony. The pool area was gorgeous so relaxing. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious.
There is a bus stop round the corner with a regular service into Dubrovnik 4 euro one way, takes around 40 minutes. It is a short walk downhill to the centre of Cavtat and a gentle uphill walk back. Stay here you won’t regret it! Thank you Ana and Eva.
Breakfast was excellent. Nice variety of food. Reception staff was pleasant and professional. .Cleaning staff was friendly and did a nice job keeping the room tidy. Beds were comfortable and ample closet space. Location was beautiful with easy access to Dubrovnik by water taxi or traditional taxi. The hotel is built into the cliffs surrounded by a lush forest. The natural beauty is stunning. There is a scenic 3.5 mile walking / jogging loop from the hotel around the Cavtat peninsula to enjoy for exercise.
1. Exceptionally friendly hosts - lovely old couple, always smiling.
2. The room (ground-floor) is quite big, 3-4 persons, own kitchen with table/chairs, bathroom, back deck to dry beach towels/swimsuits.
3. The front deck is perfect - with a table and benches to sit and relax, even during hot days, as there is a shadow provided by green cover-roof full of leaves and kiwi fruits.
4. The appartment is close (400m) to the best beach "Żal" and to the Cavtat center and konobas/restaurants.
The lodging is very central to Cavtat, with easy walk to restaurants, the beach, and boats to Dubrovnik. The host was most helpful up to providing local plant to plant in our garden in Istra. The host and her son made our transport from the airport and the car rental agency convenient. She helped us with difficulties we has with problems caused by Booking.com regarding our car rental. the host was very helpful in solving problems related to a canceled flight and late arrival.
We loved the location on Tiha Bay in Cavtat, and highly recommend this accommodation after a long flight as it is so close to the airport. Stay here before heading to Dubrovnik or stay for a while because this accommodation has a fully stocked kitchen, great bathroom, beautiful terrace and a lovely host. There are restaurants and cafés nearby without being too touristy, and in the fray. We wished we had known about this place and would have stayed a lot longer.
Superb place to stay while visiting the Dubrovnik/Cavtat area. The apartment is immaculate and a great size for a family of 5. Our host Anita was so helpful and attentive. We were located right beside the beach in Cavtat and also minutes walking to all the restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend this place to stay and we really hope to be back. Thank you to Anita and family at House Glasnovic for making our trip to Croatia so memorable.
The house is in a nice part of town (Cavtat-Obod) on a hill above the nearest beach where hotel Remisens Epidaurus is located. The walk along the water starting at the above-mentioned hotel was very interesting as the shoreline is very varied. I appreciated tips given to me by the owners where to go and take beautiful pictures of Cavtat. Considering my fairly short stay, I was able to explore Cavtat and still swim in the sea every day.
Great location. Only a 5min walk from the beautiful Rat beach as well as Cavtat promenade which offered many restaurants, a small supermarket and departure for boat tours to Dubrovnik/other islands. The apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, well equiped kitchen and a large terrace with a beautiful view of Cavtat. (We booked the 2 bedroom apartment). Overall a great accomodation with lovely hosts, highly recommend!
The place was amazing : clean, spacious, luminous, well equipped with a beautiful terrace to enjoy breakfast and dinner time.
We were a walking distance from the centre and the beaches.
What really made our stay special was also the way Ana & Sanja welcomed us. We felt at home and truly welcome.
Croatia & Cavtat will definitely stay a special place in our heart. A beautiful country with beautiful people !
The Location was excellent. Cavtat village is a really nice place. The rooms at the hotel were very comfortable. I had a room on the second floor at the front of hotel with a lovely view of the sea and nice balcony. I had a double room and the rest of my family had a family room. We had breakfast early each morning. The breakfast was adequate. I would stay in Hotel Cavtat on my next visit to Croatia.
Nicest place we stayed in our 8 days in Croatia. Lovely location in a lovely town very close to the airport as we stayed here on our last night in the country. Very modern design and renovations within the last 3-5 years. Our host Tea was very friendly and accommodating and arranged our transport from the ferry dock in Dubrovnik and to the airport. I'd recommend to anyone.
Hotel Seventh is a good option if you're not looking to stay in the old town..it is well connected by bus and it takes around 30 minutes to reach the old town of Dubrovnik..the Hotel is actually smaller than the photos make u believe but nonetheless clean and adequate..bathroom is large and clean. View of the sea from the room is the icing on the cake
Our hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming and cooked us such a delicious dinner of Croatian food even though we arrived super late! The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and AC unit was in great working condition which was much appreciated. Location is a 2 minute walk from the grocery store and a short walk from the beach and downtown area.
Outstanding apartment and balcony looking over Cavtat. Mato was very helpful and such a gentleman. Apartment was spotless. Would definitely return. Looks exactly like the photos. Very short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. 5 stars!
Great location right by cavtat promenade, which has many restaurants. The hotel is relatively small, and the service is personal, making it very comfortable to stay in. The room was spacious and clean.
Such a beautiful and spacious apartment, and in an ideal location to access some of Cavtat’s quieter beaches and coves. And best of all, the hosts are the most lovely people! Thank you!
