Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great location, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Great place for walking or in season skiing.
Great place for walking or in season skiing. Close enough to Istanbul to drive in and if you don't want to stay on Uludag where accommodation is quite expensive, Bursa is close by. You can drive up ( although not recommend in winter) or use the cable way( Teleferik). Plenty of ski lifts available on top.

beautiful scenery and well maintained & cleaned. Ski lifts were modern and well maintained ... the lift passes worked easily. ski slopes well groomed and varied. We would look for a B&B or half board arrangement on our next visit to allow us to maximise our skiing experience, enjoy a more casual time & enjoy more diverse cuisine.

Great location during December/January. Very convenient for families. Rooms and open areas excellent. Only problem was the wi-fi. No wi-fi in rooms and very poor in open areas. For a hotel of such rating, they should seriously improve on the wi-fi.

Meals, its available at an external restaurant. for the first visit is a new experience for you, As for the upcoming visits, my advice is to stay in Bursa City and go up to the resort for a visit only. Bursa is a very beautiful city, characterized by popular places and cheaper prices than other areas.AliBahrain

The only thing that set us back was the lack of snow this year and thus not being able to enjoy our vacation doing as many activities as we probably could. The staff at the ski center within the resort did not speak any English, this was a challenge. Also they weren't very helpful with what to do around Uludag. Other than that everything was perfect.

The location was very good although there was little snow around the hotel we had to go to zone 1 Karkay to enjoy the snow activities but we enjoyed the facilities in the hotel. Unfortunately the day we checked out that’s when it snowed!
