This apartment was absolutely beautiful. So spacious, perfectly clean and the outdoor area was lovely. Even though the patio was a shared space (to access the apartment above), it felt totally comfortable sitting out there. We received a warm welcome from our host, and she was so friendly and welcoming for the whole stay. When we went down to breakfast we couldn't believe how beautiful it was. We got to sit right on the waters edge and the service was great.
We felt super welcome from start to finish. The location is stunning (plus great fitness from the stairs). Comfortable beds, great WiFi speed, hot showers. We would absolutely stay again (not to mention Perast is just beautiful, especially after the tours for the day have left, the town is relaxed and the atmosphere is great).

Beautiful apartment in retro style, with lots of interesting details. The view from the room and from the terrace, to the islands and entering the bay, is incredible. Everything is clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Very friendly host and large private parking. For every recommendation! 🙂

The town of Perast over the past several years has become like a hotel, analogous to Sveti Stefan - looking beautiful and functioning great for tourists. Perast is very small, one can walk all along it within twenty minutes, and that explains, but does not justify the absence of any pharmacy in the town, which is my only complaint.

Picturesque old town with a nice beach front walk.
Picturesque old town with a nice beach front walk. All restaurants are expensive tourist traps with expensive lousy food. Parking is a nightmare. It is worth a 30 minute visit to walk along the beach front (make sure you are not hungry)

We had 3 weeks in Montenegro and spent the last 3 nights in Perast. We could have had another 2-3 days here to be fair. It is much calmer than Kotor and even though it is much smaller we enjoyed Perast better as a city. It is not so crowded and we enjoyed walking from Perast to Risan where we had lunch and then on the way back we stopped for a swim. We had lunch at an amazing oyster farm (the first one on your right as you walk back from Risan - search for "Mussles and Oysters farm with Restaurant" on Google). They were fully booked but still gave us a table and we had one of the best lunches!
We also spent a day swimming, there are several small "concrete piers" that you can swim from, good for both adults and children, but remember to have shoes to swim with, lots of mussels and rocks at some spots.
I also have to recommend a restaurant called “Underwater wine cellar Kraken Kotor”. A small independent restaurant, floating just outside of Perast on the way towards Kotor. We had a swim straight “of” the restaurant, good food and wine. It is an experience you will never forget!
We never went to Our lady of the rocks, it just seemed to be too crowded (unless you manage to get with the first taxi/tour in the morning). We did walk up in the church tower in the centre.

Perast was lovely, although with a young family a day trip would have been long enough. There is a cafe which serves the best pizza I’ve ever eaten - Bocolibre I think it was called. If only there were more relaxed cafe type places to eat as all the restaurants serve the same dishes. It is truly pretty but lacks enough beach space for the amount of visitors. We used a spot on the road to enjoy swimming which was fine but not restful or much fun for young children.
The location and the fascinating view. It's totally worth the fact that the apartment is a bit hard to find, there is a huge amount of steps to the apartment (not much of a problem for young people, but I can only guess the surprise on the faces of elderly people when they understand the way up they have to handle)
It's in the center of all you need in Perast - 2 minutes from a small store (drinks, nachos, etc.) and 3 minutes from the nearest restaurant.
Great choice for the price we had.
Possibly one of the best locations in Perast. Fantastic room, with a great shower and very comfortable bed. The views over the bay as the village wakes up in the morning and then settles down for the night are stunning. We are light sleepers but no issues with noise.
Great breakfast in the morning, right at the waters edge. Brother of the owner does boat trips on the bay. I would highly recommend, he was very entertaining, knowledgeable and lover telling us about the bay and its history.
We had an absolutely fabulous 4 days staying at this lovely hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Jovana in particular made our stay a memorable one. The breakfast was really tasty and the view from the restaurant is spectacular. The location is near the quieter end of town which was perfect for our group. We would all definitely stay here again. Thank you so much to you all!
The apartment hostess was super friendly and responsive to our needs. There are several steps leading to the apartment which gives it a panoramic stunning view of beautiful Perast and well worth the climb. Breakfast in the Admiral Hotel overlooking the bay was beautiful. We had a fantastic stay here, please don’t hesitate to book this apartment
Thankyou , Angela and Ellie
The owner of the apartments is super friendly, attentive and open-minded. Did a lot of suggestions for us, helped with partaking slot, made superb present as a bottle of local wine💔
The restaurant near the hotel super cozy and taste. The waiters also super friendly. Placed in the heart of the cozy city Perast. So will be happy to visit this beautiful place again. ⚡️
We had a fantastic stay - the staff are incredibly polite and attentive, and could not do enough for us. The hotel is beautiful, incredibly well furnished and very clean. The setting and location is absolutely exceptional - by far the best view you will get on the bay! Breakfast was delicious, as was dinner. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
In short line .. the best hotel experience we have ever had in terms of service, staff and professionalism ! the hotel built in a modern design which is relatively new .. the owner allowed us to extend our check out offering free snacks during the time we stayed there .. location is almost perfect for anyone want explore Budva city
Hotel location is perfect. Building's old texture is amazing. Breakfast is good. Hotel staff are very friendly, sincere and helpful. When we arrive the entrance of Perast they picked up with electric cart. We didnt even wait :)
We stayed in sea view room and it was so fabulous. Silence was perfect.. Toilette was useful and modern.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was just perfect: we had an apartment with a sea view and a balcony at the back (where we enjoyed our breakfast). Everything was near by: restaurants, parking lot, the sea with a little beach. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again!
The hotel offers a great service on one of the best places in Montenegro. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room were exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious. We used to eat the restoran and everything that we tried was equally delicious.
The place is perfect, clean, breakfast is far way delicious. We had been traveling around Montenegro and stayed at many places but this one is soooo good. The owners are hospitable, friendly and provided us with everything we needed. Highly recommend!
