Although the reviews from booking were not so good, we were very happy there. In fact we didn't want to leave the place. We had plans to make some trips around, but everything was very good so we stayed at the location for all the weekend. We had enjoyed the pool and also the restaurant, everything was done fresh and the food was delicious. We played with the ball on the green grass and we eat cherries from the trees. The birds were singing all the time. What would you want more?

I like the hotel! It was my second trip.I am dissapointed from the fact that the elevator was not working in the morning and I had to walk 3 floors to go to the restaurant , back to the third floor and back down with my luggage.Not even someone to help the guests, like bell boy.Unbelievable.The whole night no one called emergency. A newly built hotel converted from an apartments building. Moder furniture, very clean rooms, polite and helpful staff. Decent breakfast and not too bad location. Well maintained garden in the back.
Underground parking (20BGN extra) which worth in my opinion.

Breakfast- OK but would never have thought we had to queue outside in the cold for a cup of morning coffee.
Hope the lovely canadian lady who we met on an earlier visit can read this to confront these failures, otherwise all her and husband's endeavour will eventually disintegrate.
