For 3* Hotels breakfast was great. Every day 3 different types of eggs, bacon, croissants and fresh fruits to, If you are not very picky and not asking almond milk for breakfast , you will be satisfied with breakfast and regular milk. 😁 We had breakfast outside by the pool, nice atmosphere. And big Supermarket is across the street. Lobby is very nice and with TV on the wall, you can have nice drink there by the bar and to watch football on TV 😁. Pool is clean and area around the pool is very comfortable with good quality sun umbrellas and very nice and modern sun beds. Very nice hotel with lovely food which is reasonably priced and the breakfast is excellent with a great array of food. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. To be honest, we wanted to be near to the airport for our flight out and didn't want to pay the prices charged in Corfu town so the hotel did the job for what we wanted even though we wouldn't choose to stay there as a base.

Small resort Good location, near Corfu town with easy transportation by bus to hotel from Airport and Corfu town. Beautiful stoney beach with €12 euro charge for 2 beds & umbrella. Good variety of restaurants but in our experience cost has increased for food and drink since last year.

Gouvia itself isn’t great.
Gouvia itself isn’t great. Beach is small, crowded, merky water etc - no where near as good as other beaches on the island. The town has some lovely restaurants, but it’s very very touristy (Brits abroad - a bit like Benidorm).
Has good bus links to Corfu Town and some much nicer beaches and places on the island.

The location of Gouvia is excellent!
The location of Gouvia is excellent! Close enough to Corfu Town, Corfu port and Corfu airport, so very accessible. It has a range of restaurants and cafes around, enough shops and supermarkets and is a 2 minute walk to the main road foing through the island. However, as the beach is not very nice and not well maintained, it is not a place to spend your vacation. We only spent the nights in Gouvia and spent the days exploring the island and for such a vacation I would recommend it. Also, as it gets quite noisy at night, I would not recommend it to families with young kids or older people looking for some restful and peaceful vacation.

It is a comfortable place to stay, close to the beach, close to Corfu city and airport. However you will need to rent a car. Once you have one, it is a great place, since you can easily drive to all other parts of the island.

The village is small, but with nice view to the sea, warm water, beach with stones, good restaurants, not far from the Corfu town. The restaurant in the Palotel hitel was good, the breakfast bar with iced coffe fresh juices, ive cream and waffles was perfect. Te excursions can be bought near, as well as car rent.
The hotel is very well positioned. You have a bus stop not far form it that serves both blue and green lines, so you can easily reach Corfu center and other nice sites (Sidari, Palaiokastritsa...). You also have various restaurants nearby and access to beach. The overall level is very good, the room was simple and clean and was made every day. The owner, Christos, is really really warm and welcoming person. He helped me with my questions about the island.
Totally recommend this place!!!
The hotel is amazing. If you want to enjoy your stay definitely choose this hotel.
The breakfast is awesome, the owners super king and happy to help you out to visit the best places
The rooms are super clean, and are cleaned daily.
The entire hotel had a lovely smell and the owners keep another entrance open if you wish to come back later at night.
Amazing value for money , near Gouvia where you can grab a bite and close to the city only 15 minutes away by car
It was a 10 minute walk into Gouvia. Good regular bus service to Corfu town, Ipsos and Dassia. We had a lovely view over the swimming pool and lake. Hosts Spiros and Nicole were so helpful and gave us lots of information. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Towels were lovely and white and fluffy and clean bed linen. Good location for visiting different parts of the island. Bus stop nearby and 2 good minimarkets across the road
The hotel was very good, the rooms were tidy and has been cleaned daily. The food was delicious, planty choices every day. Thehard working staff was friendly and very helpful, we loved Vasilis’s mojitos, he is a very nice guy. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the bus station, from where you can go to almost any beaches you want with Green buses (Barbati, Kassiopi, Sidari, Palaiokastritsa, Corfu old town, etc.)
We had a really wonderful stay at Pierhouse Gouvia, Alex was so helpful and welcoming and was there to answer any questions we had about Corfu, Gouvia or the accommodation very quickly. We absolutely loved Gouvia which had some incredible restaurants. It was very central to get to other areas of Corfu, such as the old town or beach areas. For such a reasonable price we would definitely come again
We recently stayed at Dalie Luxury Suites in Gouvia, Corfu. The house was immaculate, conveniently located near the center, and renting a vehicle allow you to explore the island with ease. Sally and Konstantinos' warm welcome made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a memorable experience in Corfu.
Location is very good if you have rental car, in 20 minutes you can reach nice beaches at the west side of the island, an Corfu town is close by as well, small supermarket with reasonable prices in 1 minute walking distance
Staff was friendly, rooms were cleaned regularly, bathroom interior was new
The breakfast was good, and it had a decent variety of foods to choose from. The staff was great, very happy and helpful. The location was absolutely perfect in regard to the beach. The closest restaurants were great, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend 9 Muses for a great seafood dinner.
Very close to the restaurants, bars, beach and Gouvia marina. Wonderful staff, we arrived several hours before our checkin and they helped us leave our bags in a secure location and get right to enjoying some drinks by the pool while we waited for the room to be ready.
It was a small hotel in a little out of the way area. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Owner was extremely nice and helpful. When I travel in Europe I don't expect all the amenities that you find in an American hotel. That is the charm of traveling abroad.
Perfect location (near to Gouvia beach and 15min drive from central Korfu Town). The room was large enough, the beds were comfortable. But the real positive thing was the kindness of he staff of the hotel.
Hotel is very clean and all precautions were in place to keep staff and guests safe. Loved the pool area. Good food for breakfast and meals. Location ideal for Corfy Town and beaches via local buses.
Wonderful service from very friendly staff. It was a perfect stopover hotel before we headed home. Location near to the beach was excellent. Great value - definitely recommend
The restaurants in the area were very nice, a decent variety. The hotel restaurant drinks were great. Rooms were perfect for the amount of time we stayed. Staff was friendly.
Everything, the hotel is amazing, the staff is super generous, would definitely go again and it's recommend to anyone who is looking for a great boutique hotel
