Breakfast was the best we ever had in any hotel and we visit quite some of them. Extremely friendly and polite staff with excellent wine produced by facility. I would recomend Malvazija Red and Muskat White. Also Cabernet Sauvignon was excellent. Location is on the top of the hill, with a nice view on the wineyards. Could be sometimes is a bit windy. To the beach you need 10 min with a car and very near you have plenty of good restaurants.
Breakfast is great with many different choices. Rooms are modern and the room view is fantastic. Infinity pool and sunbeds are perfect. Villa has 5 rooms and 1 apartment, during our holidays we were half the dqy alone by the pool. Location is good, if you want to check the Northern part of Istria (Motovun, Buje, Umag, Novigrad, Groznjan). You can order drinks during the day in the restaurant above.
The staff was lovely. Breakfast was an amazing delicious spread with tastes & flavors for everyone. We did the tasting menu for dinner. Also quite delicious. The pool area was lovely overlooking olive trees & nice playlist coming through the speakers. I used the indoor spa too. Overall this hotel checks a lot of boxes for me and is strategically located in Istria for lots of day trips.
Spacious property with pool and privacy. Comfortable tastefully designed house. Relaxed and hospitable owners. Friendly for families with kids and dogs. Everything was spotless as we moved in for our longer stay. Based on our experience you taste the best of Istria by deciding to stay in Bertonigla w Damjanic family.
We really liked the location which is bit away from the main turist spots and still not far from the coast, Umag, Novigrad or Motovun. The accommodation is super clean and Lara and Josip were very helpfull host. Around the village we found nice pathways for dog walking in the olive orchards and nearby vineyards.
perfect retreat in a small town that has everything, including fantastic and cheap agritourismo eating place called vinerino. there is a large shared garden where you can sit. the host is charming, the room has stone decor but was warm. the seaside umag is close by car too.
The accomodation has an excellent location, the sea is a few minutes on foot, while Umag, Poreč and Brtonigla are also very close. The appartement is very clean and well equipped, Mirjana is a very kind and welcoming host. I highly recommend APP Rebecca :)
Excellent house with an amazing pool and nice views. Good access to the various cities on the west coast of Istria. Our host, Ines, was tremendously service minded and made the stay very enjoyable and relaxing.
