Always friendly & welcoming staff.
It’s real shame that the bar is part
of the breakfast area, the hotel would benefit from having a seperate,
modern bar that can compete with
other local bars around the square.

The staff were very friendly and the position is fantastic - at one end of Babina, which is a padestrianised walkway among trees, and very close to the old town square. A short walk from a lovely park too

An average Polish city according to my local guides.
An average Polish city according to my local guides. You can see a mix of very old pre-war buildings, old state-build functional building and new constructions. The centre of town is lovely with splendid churches at every corner. The periphery is less pretty so I would advise remaining within the centre of the city or out in the countryside.
Heads up: no shops are open on Sunday! But you can take part in beautiful masses all around town.

Good spot to stop, if you’re going to visit the Gołuchów castle, which shall be your main destination even if you wanted to just visit Kalisz. Noticed numerous drunk (not pleasant) people. The main market square and the park nearby was ok.

We loved the most an old town centre and family friendly...
We loved the most an old town centre and family friendly parks with water attractions, tasty traditional freshly homemade meal at Bajeczny Bar Mleczny, and walking distance to all kind of shops, restaurants bars and coffee shops, perfect for short city breaks
Definitely the best place to stay in beautiful Kalisz. The room was clean and quite large with good disinfected bathroom in the roof floor. It's located in a great location, max. 15-20 minutes walking distance to almost everywhere. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had a nice breakfast at their nice restaurant. We were there for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay much. Thank you for everything, highly recommend Villa Stary. Bardzo polecam :))
Nice apartment in good location. Well equipped, good wifi and comfy beds. Shops nearby. Actually Kalisz is quite nice town and it is a pity that we had just one night in there - so no chance to visit town center. The only thing what you need to look for is parking space - it was not easy to find one just next to the apartment block, but we found one just opposite the street. I guess it is easier if you arrive earlier ( we arrived around 8.30 pm).
Great location, clean, you have everything what you need to spend your vacation, 2 min from the place you can find Supermarkets and big Shopping Centre. I booked this place from Canada, was no problem, very friendly owner of the place, answered my questions right away. Very recommended ! Great place to stay in Kalisz if you want to feel like at home!
i liked everything about the place . it is made up to very high standard, you get everything you need in the room and also there is a room with a coffee machine for free so you just help yourself anytime. the bed was so comfortable you sleep like on the cloud. the hotel it’s a walking distance to a city centre.
The location is very nice and quiet, at a few minutes from the city Kalisz. There is a dedicated parking spot, which is very helpful. The apartment has almost everything you need, very nice decorated. At night it's peaceful and quiet, which is a plus for us.
The hotel is located very close to the city center, the staff is very friendly and they give you four different options of breakfasts you can choose (costs extra). The room was clean despite the hotel not being the newest in town.
I like this hotel very much, especially for the convenient location near the Old Town, but the service is very low since the pandemic occurs. Actually, I can not recommend this as my favourite business location in Kalisz.
The hotel is big, very clean, big parking lot and good located. The food in the restaurant was also pretty good. Additionally they produce their own cheese that was very tasty. I would stay here again if I need to.
A hotel that is still a bit stuck in the 1980's or 1990's, but it is still perfectly functional. I doubt there are many visitors to Kalsisz who need to stay in a hotel.
Big comfy room.
Location right in the centre.
Friendly helpful reception.
The bar behind the hotel 😁.
Great value for money and lovely fresh tasty breakfast.
