We stopped here for a night between flights. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk form the airport terminal so we walked. But for our 6am flight hotel staff organized a transfer for us. And they offered coffee and pastry for very early breakfast.
Room was nice, clean, quiet and comfy. Bathroom spacious. Tea and coffee in the room.
Staff was friendly, helpful and professional.
We had dinner in the restaurant too.
Overall it was positive experience for our short stay.

The hotel is clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds. Esthetically the place looked nice (not "outdated" as the photos might have suggested). I liked to get some work done from my laptop on the sunny terrace as there were chairs and tables available for the hotel guests. The stay exceeded the expectations I and my friend had.

Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English. Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses. Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do!
Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do! The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time! The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free. Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do. There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!! If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h). To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap! I hope that will help you! The hotel does not have a restaurant,but using the app Pyszne.pl, which is like just eat, I could order anything from so many restaurant. My order was with me within 20 minutes. The history of the place is just incredible, I like that they left little printed leaflets in your room for you to have a look. Just fantastic, and something different from chain hotels. If you want to discover and experience something unique, this is definitely the place.

The check-in was really fast and easy despite it was past midnight. The room was comfortable and clean, it looked brand new. There's an hourly shuttle to the airport organised by the hotel, very efficient and on time, in 5 minutes we were inside the terminal. The breakfast was fresh and organised, very well done.

And the room was very clean and provided tea and coffee. I liked everything about this place. I was also able to visit Krakow by using the airport to old town train and then returned to the hotel via a bus. The man who runs the hotel is very hard working and kind.
