Room very spacious & location near to public transport.
The gateway to the Netherlands, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is one of the world’s busiest international passenger terminals and is home to the Dutch national airline – KLM.
The airport sits on reclaimed land around 3 metres below sea level on the site of a former huge inland lake. In fact, the name Schiphol may mean 'ship grave', a reference to the ships that would periodically be sunk in its turbulent waters.
A train station serving many Dutch cities lies beneath the terminal building which houses a mini Rijksmuseum exhibition, reference library with multilingual books, and plenty of shops selling the ubiquitous clogs, tulip bulbs and cheese.
Booking.com’s range of Schiphol Airport hotels includes several within the airport grounds. Others are in neighbouring Hoofddorp, a town also within the area of the former lake, whose De Eersteling windmill overlooks a dike encircling a former fort.
Another windmill – the Molen van Sloten – is across a canal from Badhoevedorp on the airport’s north side. To the east the huge Amsterdamse Bos forest is a haven of peace and tranquillity (apart from the occasional aircraft!) and borders Amstelveen. To the south-west is Aalsmeer, a town set on the huge Westeinderplassen Lake, and whose massive flower auction house receives daily consignments from all over the world.

It helps to have a little fore - knowledge about the airport for ease of finding your way. It's very well organized and has good small fresh food places . As far as airports go it is well planned, well laid out and very manageable.

The only thing I had problems with was locating pick up area for Uber cars. I lost my pick up and had to take taxi.
It is usually a friendly airport for travelers.
For the rest I have nothing to complain about

Arriving at midnight is a nightmare and there is no other option for my travel. No staff available. Entire airport is closed up. Signage is terrible. A 10 hr layover is far from ideal and having no other options other than the $300/night Yotel (have to check out at 7am) or uncomfortable benches to sit on is just horrible.

Very long Security lines.
lots of nice eating places.
The police were helpful when asked about a Shuttle service to Ibis Styles and that it was running until 1am.
originally stay was planned as a start to a road trip to Zeeland
So hotel was booked for its closeness to the airport and car hire
As our plans changed we used the hotel for a short city break
The hotel and its location were excellent and as advertised
Staff were all fabulous, very courteous and helpful
Food and service in Stripes was excellent
Access to the train station was superp, truly integrated
Short visit to Amsterdam was equally good
KInd regards
Location was perfect for end of our trip. Dropped off our rental car downstairs and hotel was right in the airport. Spent last two nights there and caught the train to visit Amsterdam last 2 days. Beautiful comfy room with great beds and bathroom was large. Breakfast was perfect and we had one dinner in the hotel which was really great with great service. Probably my favorite dinner of the trip. Nice to be able to get up and already be at the airport to go home.
Very conveniently located near Schiphol Amsterdam Airport. Spa facilities are a nice perk, as is the in-house parking (good offers for Park&Fly). The restaurant and bar lack a bit of atmosphere, but the food is decent. Beds are very comfy, and windows can open. They have a shuttle service to the airport, which is very helpful (starts only from 6 am). Prices can be quite good compared to other places near the airport.
Lovely, quality hotel, at walking distance from Schiphol airport. Perfect to spend a night when traveling very early or late from Schiphol. Restaurant The Bowery serves great food. The breakfast buffet has everything you need, prepared with great care. The evening restaurant serves quality dishes, a great mix between international and local dutch food. Chef Luc knows what he's doing, His passion shows.
I had a very good stay at the Ibis Styles Hotel. The room was cleaned daily. The area is pretty quiet. It is also nice how the hotel is close to the airport (10 minutes away) and there's a free service airport shuttle available which makes it convenient for first time travelers to Amsterdam. The hotel is also close to the bus station that takes you to the city center.
A very good and comfortable option if you travel to or from Amsterdam airport. The only negative point is that there are fewer shuttles to that particular hotel than for the other Ibis, and that coming from the airport, it is the last one to be reached. So the wait may seem long when you arrive from a long flight.
I always like to stay the night near Schiphol airport when I fly out the next day. This time I decided to try Radisson Blu as I got a good deal. The room was nice and big and very quiet. The shuttle bus was easy to find, although I didn't realize it would take that long to drive to the hotel from the airport.
If you need a stopover to sleep inside the airport, it would be convenient. I had a super early flight, but still had to go through passport control when switching terminals in the morning so probably staying at a more comfortable and cheaper hotel outside the actual airport would have saved as much time.
We have been staying in some Airport Hotels around Schiphol. This hotel is very nice. The staffs looks professional and polite. The shuttle bus is always on time and as it serve only 1 hotel so it goes direct Airport to Hotel and vice versa. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom floor is heated. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Walkable distance. Yes, a few steps away From the airport terminal.
This is the best hotel for a Schipol overnight.
Everything is easy and efficient with a conteporanean modern factor to make it super cool.
It's quiet, you don't hear anything from the airplanes landing/tak-off.
very convenient to the Schiphole airport snd train station. Three minute walk to both. so, easy access to your flights or train to downtown Amsterdam. excellent food court choices and shops in the concourse. There is a market in the concourse to buy food and other supplies.
We booked the hotel because it had a perfect location for an overnight stay close to the airport and also to Amsterdam. They offer a free shuttle bus to Schiphol every 30 minutes, and from there you can take the train to the city (15 minutes).
This is a great hotel if you have an early flight from the Schiphol airport and you'd like to sleep closeby. The hotel is easily accessible by the shuttle from the airport, and the same shuttle also takes you back tot he airport.
Great location, 5 min walking distance from the Schiphol Airport. Though the room is a little bit small, it is well equipped with all the necessities needed. The bed is confortable. The hotel is new and modern.
Very friendly staff, nice hotel close to Schiphol airport, and has a bus stop nearby. Clean room with a coffee machine, fridge, and a comfortable bed. 🙌🏻
