Conveniently located in heart of historic village. Room was ample and clean. Recognised good restaurant (MUST be booked separately) with nice bar area. (regretably did not use restaurant nor bar).

La Roche en Ardenne is a little village with lovely countryside for hiking, biking, kayaking and probably even trout fishing although we did not do that.
We went to see the incredible WWII museum which was amazing.
The food in LaRoche was the best of our entire trip and we were in many amazing places. Enjoy.

The room was perfect, the bar had any kind of beer, liquor or wine you could want, the staff were friendly and accommodating and multilingual, breakfast was amazing, and they have a sauna/relaxation room. The best part is, you might get to meet Charlie the hotel dog on your stay! 10/10!

The Wildlife park is really worth a visit but it is a steep 2,5KM walk. You can drive, though we didnt.
The views over La Roche, from the castle are excellent.
There are plenty of places to eat and dink, however they can get very busy in a Saturday evening. We ate at the Chinese restaurant with a lovely view out over the river.
There are lots of walking opportunities.
There is free parking although one of the car parks is used for a market.

A beautiful historic town in Ardenne, next to Ourthe river. Multitude of hiking trails, actually endless opportunities
to walk and cycle. If you don`t cycle, get a bus and head to Belgian Ardenne and walk anywhere, everywhere, in safety on excellent trails.

Charming city in the middle of the Ardennes. Fantastic scenery, surrounded by nature and some wild birds, truly an experience to be lived.
Personally the village holds a very dear place in my heart, as my wife really loved to go there since her childhood.

We stayed in the Castle View apartment.
Highly recommend this apartment!! It has a lovely terrace and amazing view to the Castle. It's a very beautiful and clean apartment in a great location.
Kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully equipped!!
Owner responds very fast to emails and they have a great webpage with info about apartment and surroundings.
It's in the centre of La Roche and near to restaurants (and local hiking opportunities).
There is free parking in short walking distance.
It's a third generation-owned property. The family takes pride in their business and is attentive to their guests and their experiences. The rooms were comfortable and clean and offered a stocked mini-fridge. The grounds are beautiful and right along a quiet river with well-maintained paths for hiking and cycling. You can drive into La Roche or take a beautiful path through the countryside. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant was local, seasonal, and delicious.
We were a group of 8 cyclists in 8 rooms. The original hotel just outside the town here cancelled our booking at the last minute so we were pleased to find this hotel available. The manager was very helpful, even helping the ladies with their luggage to the rooms. The bikes were stored in a secure room overnight and the manager even helped with the bikes. The rooms were a bit basic but functional and had good modern shower rooms.
The accommodation was just as described, with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean, simplistic but stylish interior. The very friendly hosts make it very easy with gentle reminders for the day of arrival and departure and are available for questions anytime. The property is close to everything (hikes, shops, restaurants) in La-Roche-en-Ardenne.
Great value for 60 odd euros you can't complain! The man on duty was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and included. Yes it's not like a modern hotel (you shouldn't expect it to be) it's obviously 100+ years old which gives it great character with creaky stairs etc. But it's a great location, free parking, quirky and unique. Would return no problem.
Very beautiful house, in oriental style. Friendly, communicative host. Excellent quiet location. All very clean , comfortable, perfect spot to start your weekend in La Roche en Ardennes. What we absolutely liked: the house has 3 bedrooms and each room has got its own private bathroom. Superb! Will certainly go here again! Highly recommended.
Slightly out of the town. I think this hotel is the sort where school parties come to stay. Posh 70s youth hostel vibe. In the basement is a bar and terrace. Food in the restaurant was okay, but a bit basic. Guys who run the bar were pleasant though. Breakfast was good. It was okay but I’d look for somewhere in the town and a bit cosier.
This is a really compact and nice hotel to use as the hideout whilst exploring the beautiful area… Super friendly hosts and great atmosphere. Yes it’s cycling oriented but every outdoor enthusiast will find a home away from home… Highly recommended!
The hotel and our room was decorated in Provence style, which was a nice idea. Our bathroom was very spacious and room cosy. In the breakfast a lovely elderly lady took care of every client and brought more coffee or bread, if needed.
Convinient appartement for a family. Great park with a football field, tennis courts and a minigolf. The city is beautiful, too. Several attractions in the vicinity, we enjoyed our stay in february despite the rainy weather.
The apartment was very comfortable, with a well-kitted kitchen. It was located within a pleasant walk of the center of La Roche-en-Ardenne. Catherine, the owner or manager, was very pleasant and helpful.
Staff is very nice, really very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is better than most central-European ones and it is served in an cosy lounge.
Free parking right front of the hotel.
Heating worked well.
Cozy, romantic and in the perfect location, right next to the castle and in the middle of the town. Easy access and the host was communicative and helpful with the check-in and general information.
Great staff, very amiable, friendly and keen to assist. The hotel is priced fairly and very conveniently situated just as you enter the town. It totally met my expectations.
Very new apartment in the middle of La-Roche-en-Ardennes. Contact with the owners only via chat. The key can be get with a key code. Good beds, shower and heating system.
Center of town, easy parking and walk to everything. Room 3, very large bed and shower , one of nicest bathrooms we’ve had in Europe small hotels. Everyone friendly -
