It's the second time I stayed here. The breakfast was good, rooms clean and spacious, friendly staff with a smile especially at the reception. Had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and we were really satisfied. Parking outside the hotel always available. Above all the price was very reasonable.

Very good location, easy parking in the backstreet and in the reserved parking space for the guests. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast.

The room had everything you needed, was a good size and well presented. The property was within a 10 minute walk to explore the surrounding old town. The off street parking was really convenient and ensured we avoided the ZTL. The staff was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Modica town is quaint and has lots to offer to the tourist. It can best be explored on foot though you will need a car to go from Modica alta to the lower area of Modica. Modica has many churches and eateries as well as shops and the narrow streets are fascinating and always offering lovely surprises. It is a hilly town so not ideal for the elderly tourst to get around unless they get a taxi

Modica is a very interesting town. For older people the steps and steep roads and streets might be challenging. The green tourist “train” gave a good overview of the histoic centre of the old town. Modica is famous for its chocolate - tours need to be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Modica is so unique.
Modica is so unique. Our first view of the steep hillside of buildings took our breath away. Our phones weren't helping us get there so we drove down from the alto section to the bottom through the town. That was amazing. Just looking up at different times of the day are worth the experience.

Unfortunately we visited Modica on a rainy day so our experience was dampened a little. It looked like it was full of historical interest and of course it's famous for its chocolate if you like their style of chocolate!
We found Ragusa Ibla more enjoyable.

Modica was the perfect Baroque city to locate in to explore the other cities and the beach. The location to bus station and train station was convenient to do daytime exploring. The city had a good mix of tourist stuff and regular people shops and restaurants.
Mostly I cooked in my apartment but I took day trips every day.
Best B&B in Sicily during my month long trip. Spectacular view from the terrace, windows and balconies. Spacious house that would serve a big family or group of friends. They have thought of everything from extra dishes for dining on the terrace to a well equiped kitchen and a variety of comfortable seating for chatting or reading a novel. Every room is bathed in a copious wifi river and sweet Adriana offers many tips for things to do in town. She even picked me up and dropped me off at the train station.
Perfect farm based property built in the mid 1800's.
Giancarlo, although not fluent in English is a dab hand at translating via Google and we shared a few good laughs.
Room has mosquito netting so the windows can be opened however the pesky bugs were already present and bit a few times this is to be expected anywhere in Sicily.
Breakfast was absolutely perfect and all made by giancarlo who explained some tips and tricks alongside some more laughs via Google translate.
The place was really nice but the people were even better. The breakfasts were something special: every day, the owner provides delicious Modica home-made chocolates together with other home-made local specialities. Furthermore, breakfast is served by a very kind and welcoming lady who provides you with whatever you need.
Tangerins hanging from the trees branches were also at disposal in the house citrus grove!
The host was kind and helpful. The main appeal to this place is the balcony with the view of the cathedral and the surroundings. It was quite the show to see all the swallows flying around at sunset.
For the rooms, they were very clean. Breakfast was good but you need to go in a cafe near by (so it’s not quite a B&B but more of a hotel). You don’t get to interact with the host like a proper b&b.
the apartment is very beautiful and the renovation with modern flare were amazing and done so well. the location is perfect. we parked right in front of the place. The owner was incredibly helpful. I think that the this is great location to stay in Modica. There is a supermarket downstairs which makes it very convenient. I could not find anything wrong with this rental.
That's a magical place. 18th century villa, which was renewed 5 years ago. All profits go to the foundation which helps to mothers and children.
The location is great, in good weather you can see the sea. Owner is very nice person and made a tour for us. The place is amazing. The filling of true Sicily from old movies
Everything. Brand new. Very clean. The view is killing. Director and the the stuff lady so nice. Warm inside what is not normal for Sicily und winter ! Breakfast nice. And the roof top terrace. Room is like pictures like. Highly recommending!!
Amazing place in the heart of Modica. Very friendly welcome and host always available to share tips and recommendations. The room is a piece of history. Breakfast at an adjacent bakery with the best croissant of entire Sicily. Thank you.
The sweet old neighbour lady helped us identify the correct dor. Her vigilance made us feel extremely safe. The place was spotless with a nice view. We also had a parking spot. Unlike the other places in Sicily, this one was very quiet.
Everything was perfect. Clean and modern design room with amazing view. Great and friendly Federica welcomed us with smile. We really enjoyed stay here and I very recommend this place...the best accommodation in Sicily we had!
the silence and the host made our stay special. we loved our stay there and enjoyed a lot the countryside of sicily.
we will be back for sure. the lady is very helpfull and sweet and the breakfast is good.
Convenient hotel right off the main road and easy to find with parking. The pool was really spacious and nicely arranged. Room was clean and functional, big bathroom. Liked having the small patio.
I have eaten the best brioche during my stay in Sicily. The host's daughter understands English. that makes everithing easier when you don't speak Italian. The staff is helpful and friendly.
Excellent hotel. Amazing family run hotel. Exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic. Just the way to discover a new city. And Modica is a must-do anyway.
