it was a nice and quiet stay, just what I needed after a long day at work. Shower was great, always had hot water and didn't need to wait to get the water hot.

The Oasis was good to visit.
The Oasis was good to visit. We hired the electric scooters which were fun and great for getting round the oasis which was free to visit. Jebel Hafeet was impressive with some areas to hike at the base

The city is very nice, unfortunately there are not so many places to visit. We liked Al Ain Oasis, the fortress. Definitely worth going to Jebel Hafeet. The area around Al Ain is very interesting, it looks like a moonscape full of limestone rocks. what surprised us was the very poor visibility probably due to the dust from the desert. Except for the morning and evening everything was in fog all day. We couldn't see the sky or the sun, which was very unpleasant.

Al ain is beautiful less busy but not much to do, I’ll visit Al ain again but not Alberni Jabeel Hafeet they robbed and scammed me from my money. I had to cancel one nights stay due to serious issues and the next morning the receptionist told us we didn’t pay for the second night, we told her to check then she found the payment and said the money will be reversed back to my account. I called them a few times to get information about this and every time they said they money is already reversed, but that’s a lie. The staff was highly unprofessional with check in, the Arabian lady badmouthed her colleagues. The other staff that was communicating with me via phone told me i can bring in Alcohol illegally because it’s not allowed on property( we did not) my whole experience with this hotel was so bad and I won’t recommend it to people.

Al Ain is among one of the most beautiful places in UAE and one should visit to see the efforts done by the authorities in terms of plantations and greenery. A lot of historical places and farms to visit.
Mercure is all about its location . An amazing high on the cliffs location overlooking an Oasis and the city of El ein.
The hotel was built well and designed well. It is outdated in its design..needs complete face lift. But it's well maintained . All in all comfortable. All the hotels employees are kind and eagerly helping. Beautiful swimming pool overlooking a breath taking view. Kids will love this hotel . Nice slides in pool .
Breakfast very good. Coffee of high quality. It is a unique place. I loved it
This apparthotel stands vis a vis Al Ain mall, the biggest one in Al Ain, with an ice rink inside. Not far from the bus station and main street with town buses. The rooms are spacious, with a lot of air, proper furniture, good Wi-Fi, English lg tv channels and comfy bed. Mr Mohammed Ponir, the receptionist is a very kind and friendly man, and he Has a rarity - a guidebook with a good map of Al Ain. Mohammed, thank you.

Good breakfast and very attentive restaurant staff at Flavours. The Clubhouse serves nice meals poolside and very good value with large portions. The grilled prawns were delicious! Nice drinks and cocktails. Lovely pools and gardens well maintained even though it's an old property, good for family with kids. Lots of space. You don't see a highrise building in any directions which is quite remarkable for a city hotel.
The desert location and familiar South African camp feeling as UAE resident was an amazing experience. Exceeding all expectations. Well done Telal Resort Al Ain. We will most definitely return for more of the extraordinary luxury experienced.
The hotel has a very good location in the heart of the city. Big room. Clean. No bad smell in the room and corridors. Spacious shower. Backyard view. Calm. Satellite channels are English and Arabic. The reception manager was very helpful.
Having lived in Al Ain for 20 years, we chose the Rotana to spend our last 3 nights in the beautiful Garden City. It was a wonderful stay and the staff looked after us so well. The facilities were magnificent and our chalet was superb.
Kids pool under maintenance, but baby pool is aswesome as well the olympic swimming pool.
Room was good, quite but the items is pretty old but in general still the best hotel in Al Ain for families.
The property was located in a quiet location which we loved. The apartment was clean, comfortable and we liked the vibe. Would definitely choose to stay here again when we decide to visit Al Ain.
Great location for the event I was in Al Ain to attend - only 10 minutes away from the Al Ain Cycling Track. Nice and quiet too, and a very comfortable bed, for those needing a good night's sleep
Nice experience at top hotel and very safe hotel highly recommended to stay this hotel , night shift front desk man very helpful and nice , soon will come back again to stay here thanks
