Very central position. All the staff were very helpful to me, as an ancient solo English lady. (Obrigada!) The hotel is spotlessly clean and the 5th floor breakfast room view is fabulous!
The bar by reception is a plus too - great local wine and coffee etc

People were very friendly/helpful and the place looked very nice with nice décor. Bed was super nice and comfortable and the cleaning was done every day impeccably. Common kitchen space was a very nice/useful space.
Second time we stayed here, in Porto room and it was awesome, super pretty the room.

We liked the facilities in the hotel a lot to do even if the weather is bad, we absolutely loved the outside pool, the food in the pool bar was also very good and the prices were reasonable, beaches around the hotel are absolutely beautiful, ohh and the beds, massive and super comfortable

The place is beautiful, the staff is great, and the restaurant service and food are amazing. Breakfast was really nice, and our dog was treated really well.

An area of natural beauty and lovely to spend time walking. Parking can be a nightmare if you are staying or eating at the quay area. Best to park at the top of the hill and walk in. Lively area with lots of tourists, but not noisy. Most people come for the restaurants and to explore the area.
