Milan is a vibrant city. The locals were very accomodating. It was quite pricey in the more touristy areas and you really needed to book in advance for any thing you wanted to do if you are there for a short time.
We loved the canals at Navagli. This is a lovely area with some wonderful restaurants.
We took a day trip to the lake como. The travel was insanely busy but 100% worth it!! Wish we had more time there to stay longer.
We also did the QC Terme spa. I would really recommend this and would suggest you pay for the Wellness Lunch - as this was divine and include unlimited GOOD coffee and wine.

Milan is awesome.
Milan is awesome. Not only for fashion and luxury, but it's very modern and very Italian. Public transport is excellent, there's a great variety of bars and restaurants, people are nice and active. And of course, you have all the tourist attractions.
I'd recommend taking a short trip to Como Lake from there as well.

Whilst Milan was not as beautiful as Florence or Rome or Venice it has beautiful church interiors! Its Art Galleries are excellent if you are an art enthusiast. Of course for fashion enthusiasts those streets of Montenapoleone and around that vicinity is most exciting. A restaurant we particularly enjoyed was Slow Sud - check it out! Plus Vino e Pasta! But Milan is not the most charming place in Italy that’s for sure!

The city has a lot to see and enjoy.
The city has a lot to see and enjoy. The Museums (Modern Art, Science and Technology and Natural History) are very good. But there was much more to do if there was time. It has an excellent transport network and tickets that work as passes for one day or more. Trains leave from Milan to many parts of Italy on a regular basis. It could be a great base for multiple trips. I just thought that if you don't stay in an apartment and have to eat all your meals outside, it's really expensive. In addition to the fees that are not even specified in the locations, the price-quality ratio is not the best. To eat really well, it's stupidly expensive.
The hotel was very well connected with the Milano Linate airport and the city centre. It took us only 10 min by bus to get to the bus stop located just a few minutes away from the hotel. Staff members were extremely kind, hospitable and helpful. They welcomed us with a delicious cup of coffee, recommended great restaurants and breakfast places, and lent us an umbrella when it rained outside. They definitely exceeded our expectations! We very much recommend this hotel and we'll probably come back one day when we plan another trip to Milan!
Positives:
Location: Close to Milano Centrale if that's what your looking for. At a walking distance from Milano Centrale -- we walked with some carry-on baggage to/from the train station
Room: Clean and nice decor
Breakfast: Best breakfast in our 10-day trip to Italy (that had us stay in Florence, Siena, Cineue Terre -- Monterosso, Lucca). Only hotel with eggs for breakfast in June (they had both the scrambled and hard-boiled eggs). Also had assorted cut-up fresh fruits. And had the usual stuff -- cakes, crossoints etc. etc..
The apartment itself is new and was probably the cleanest apartment I so far rent in Italy. There were sanitary products and whatever you would rather expect from a hotel than an rent apartment. The host was super helpful and taking care of us way further than you would expect from a host. She was even available at late hours and was giving us good advice about the city too. I wish more hosts on here would be like that. When I am coming back to Milan I will definitely try to boom this apartment again.
Hotel is near Milan Central Station, city centre with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, bakery shops and so on and also transport and Lima Metro Station.Room not too big with 2 single beds but for one night it was perfect.Shower was good with lovely hot water. It was included breakfast, very nice and good coffee and you could eat how much you wanted.Owner very kind help us with luggages because it has no lift.Good price for the room included breakfast, especially in Milan.
The location is okay, it's far away from the city center but it's really close to metro line M5, station Ca' Granda.
The food choices were okay although I have expected better espresso from a hotel in Italy. The room was comfortable for three nights but it definitely needs refreshing in terms of equipment.
The staff was helpful to arrange the same room for two different reservations (due to changing plans) and assist when needed throughout the stay.
100% positive review! Super friendly and helpful staff, he recommended us a near by restaurant which was great also went back and forth to get us all of the things we requested. The room was spacious and clean, there were also a washing machine and iron which was great for all of our dirty clothes from our long travel. The AC was very nice. This hotel is the one of the best that I’ve seen in all the hotels in Italy. It’s great for its value.
We had a really fantastic stay in this hotel. The hotel is in the most perfect location in the city centre, literally right next to Duomo. We found the room to be very clean, with a good view of the city. The hotel also came with good amenities such as a coffee machine.
We interacted with staff a few times and each time they were extremely helpful. I would definitely look to stay here again in Milan.
The place is excellent! I wish I has stayed here on my fist passing through Milan. The location is centric, 20 minutes to the central station by walk, with many options for eating and shopping nearby. Being that centric is very quiet, giving me a great night's rest for my last night in Italy.
Breakfast looked great, but since we had to leave so early they prepared us some sandwiched for the road. So kind!
I travel extensively in Italy for work. I can honestly say the bed and pillow situation is that of a five-star fine hotel. It was great. The value of the room is good. The room was spacious, simple modern, updated design, a bright modern bathroom, and the room was very clean. The location is great if you want to be in the center. I very much recommend staying at Prestige Boutique Aparthotel.
The location is the main feature. Just around the corner from the Central Station, you will be easily connected to the metro and train station to travel around Milan and Italy. There are also many food options around. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. They helped us storage our luggage. Also they have a lot of activities to help set the mood for new tourists in town.
Best Apartment I have been to in Italy! Staff are wonderful and willing to help, all the rooms with air conditioning and a lot of space with a kitchen too! Bus stop right next to the apartment building very easy to come and go to the city centre
Thank you guys for making my stay easier and better and hope to stay here again next time in the future! 👍
The breakfast spread was great, especially the breads/sweets and overall variety of food! The staff was friendly and efficient, answering our queries quickly. The location was fantastic, right near the center of all the main attractions and loads of restaurants. The room was a bit on the larger side for older hotels in Italy.
The Hotel is amazing the location is good specially if you will go around in Italy but you want to stay in milan there is so much restaurants beside the hotel , and its 2 min away from the train station , the staff is the most friendly staff i've ever met they try to make you as comfortable as they can the room size is perfect.
- Perfect hub for Milano Centrale railway station access to travel across the Italy via nationwide fast train: italo treno or frecciarossa (Airport T1/T2, Venice, Verona, Bologna, Rome...)
- Fresh and modern building (coffee for free at the reception - self service)
- Outstanding Service and amazing Italian hospitality
A traditional, clean, confortable hotel near Milan's city centre Great location, clean and few minutes walk from the metro and several restaurants. Ideal for business trips and for visiting Milan as a tourist. The room was spacious enough (although not the largest in town), clean and quiet.
I liked the position of the hotel, near the city centre and the main station of Milan.
I loved my stay in Demidoff Hotel Milan. I loved the staff, very nice with me and my friends. The rooms were very cleaned and bigger than I expected!
We will coming back during our next stop in Milan!
The hotel itself is super cool, very modern and artsy.
We really liked the room and they got us a nice surprise for our honeymoon.
It was also our last stop before leaving Italy, so the hotel being so close to the train station was a really nice touch.
Breakfast and staff were excellent, the hotel itself was of a very high standard and I would recommend it to any travellers to Milan. A good walk to the city centre, so in general a quiet location.
great location, near to city centre, the hotel owner was nice and helpful, appreciate a lot and makes me wanna revisit milan again and also the apple tv in room was to our surprise
Milan Suite Hotel provided all the things you need for travel, strongly recommend all of you. Less than 5min walking distance to bus stop that can send you to city centre
