The restaurant food was not that great and the service was slow.

Our bellman when checking in was awesome. He met us up in our room very promptly and gave us so many suggestions of how to get around and also where to eat etc. He was awesome. He was from a young guy from Puerto Rico/ N.J. Can't remember his name, but I hope he gets the credit for giving great service.

Everything had a separate cost: the arcade, the splash pad, the chairs, the pool towels, parking. At dinner one of our three meals was left completely off the ticket and then came out 30 minutes after the first meals. It was very slow in the restaurant as well with gratuity included, no one working was encouraged to actually work. The restaurant hostess told us that the breakfast buffet was on the weekend: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and insisted after we asked three times that it was also Friday morning. Turns out it was just Saturday and Sunday as we initially thought. Upon arriving to the room, there was a bag of linens tied up and left inside our room. There are no vending machines anywhere on campus and the splash pad pools close earlier than the rest of the pools but also earlier than we were took and is listed.

I didn’t like that my room was a bit messy when I arrived and no one came and cleaned the entire week

The water park and pools were perfect for my family. My husband and boys also loved that they could fish on the property at the dock !

I do not like the random people smoking weed freely on property. The smell was very strong in some hallways and one gentleman was smoking weed right out on one of the pathways.

I enjoy being able to stay on property and my kiddos have lots to do.

The texts got to be too often. Maybe only 1 a day. The layout of the buildings was difficult to follow without more maps and directions on the walls on all the floors. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit for 5 people but only towels for 3 people. They did provide more after we asked. Not everyone wants a rain shower so an alternate showerhead would be great in the master.

The size of the unit was fabulous. I love that all my family has their own space and that we had access to laundry in the unit. The screened in balcony was a great touch. The size of the bathrooms and walk in closets was extremely generous. Gave us more room than we needed but we loved it. The multiple pools and water park provided hours of fun. I appreciated the texts to update us periodically.

Not enough towels/bath clothes in stock. It was a really busy weekend so it wasnt a big issue. The staff were really nice and made sure we got additional items, but it did take awhile. Im sure if it wasn't a holiday weekend it would have been quicker. Enjoyed our stay!

ice maker was not working properly and the floors were not clean. The bottoms of our feet were dirty and we had a baby who crawled so we had to constantly clean his hands. All the elevators smelled too. The carpets needed cleaning or replaced. The splash pad was not working they were waiting on parts so that was disappointing. They should have food and drink service not only at the water park but at the safari pools too where they come to you. At the Fresco Market we could not charge the ice cream we wanted because that was broken so they lost that sale. When you call to the front desk you are extremely lucky if they EVER pick up. That is frustrating.

The rooms need a little more deep cleaning, the fans were very dusty, our room shade on the window was broken. There were Stains on the couches that need to be deep cleaned. The lazy river needs to be cleaner, the water was very cloudy at about 11 am.

The rooms were very spacious, the washer/dryer were a plus, we had a water park view which was nice in the day and at night.

Poolside food and the pizza were overpriced . The quality of food did not make up for the price .
