Brilliant staff, brilliant location. Very comfortable! Mentioned a few things that needed attending to on our balcony and it was seen to in a flash. Definitely going back, hoping for the same room!

There was a kitchen exhaust vent blowing right in front of our window, making the room smell like food. The shower water pressure was not enough.

Breakfast does not have a lot of choices with so nice hotel. It's still can improve.

Location is super convinient just only everywhere a small walking distance. Nearby hotel has a lot of good restaurant and a lot of choices to choose it. Of course near river sides all the restaurants are quite costly. Hotel is very comfort and big rooms too. My family choose the river view room and we had a very great view with a very resonable price.

The rooms are just ok and fairly basic. We were put in a basement room and the hotel was confusing to navigate. Hotel amenities are basic (they didn’t have hair conditioner) and the room was clean but some stains on the curtains and pillowcases and the ceilings of the showers plus lots of scratches on the floor. Beds are also just ok. The hotel is also on a super busy street with some pretty crazy drivers which can be chaotic at times.

Really amazing location and the staff was accommodating. Appreciate that we could get free coffee from the restaurant without purchasing breakfast.

Our room was in the basement..220...other guests opening/ closing their door or walking about in corridor was extremely noisy.

Excellent location and the receptionists were very helpful. (Lent us a conversion socket to charge our mobile devices)

When we entered the room for the first time it was freezing cold inside, about 16-17 degrees. Didn't feel very welcoming. Also we had to pay 1 euro for each bag we wanted to store for a few hours after check out. I think for hotel guests it must be free if charge.

We could do with some extra towel rail and robe hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes or bathrobes. There is ample room in the bathroom to accomodate these extra features to make it more convenient for your customers.

We had the deluxe suite. The view from balcony is stunning. Location of hotel suited us well. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

The showers leak water that go out the toilet, there was signs of humidity because of that I the wooden walls on the other side of the shower. While beautiful, the breakfast room is also amazingly dark...courtains are always closed which is bad because at least us, when we wake up, we need to see the street, or the people, or the sun, or rain, whatever! Having all those courtains closed just give you a jet lag sense and depressing feeling. It's a putty because breakfast itself is pretty good!

Location is just amazing! The building has its own charm and the renovation works done, keeping the building's history is just very well done! The decor in all the hotel is just beautiful!

The least favorite was the stairs inside the suite room that is not suitable for seniors. The triple room was little tight for three persons.

Overall, we liked the location near the historic zone and good restaurants. Also the decoration and design as cave type wss very nice.

We stayed in the deluxe junior suite. The view from the balcony was everything. The hotel has this old Victorian style that simply makes sense for the location. The property is clean.

The location was amazing, walking distance from all the major attractions in the old city of Porto. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. The check-in was super quick and easy.

We found the air conditioning/heating difficult to manage (despite following instructions). As a result we didn't sleep well the first night (it was winter and freezing!). On reporting it to reception the next morning it was fixed/resolved when we returned. We just left it as it was as I didn't want any more issues! Staff were excellent and friendly, I'd stay again

Perfect location, beautiful interior around reception and in the basement. Typical stone/cave structure with artistic touches everywhere. Good shower, hot.
