no heating only aircon, fridge is broken and doesn’t stay cold so our food went off, definitely needs maintenance, the small day bed is old and missing parts, information on bookings is not accurate, difficult to communicate with owner, there is no car park even though one of the answered questions from 2021 states that there is, the key does not open the gate from the inside, there is a light switch up the stairs so that you can exit the gate

unfortunately it can be loud sometimes as people are partying in the bar downstairs.

Only one key for a 2 couples. The other key was lost previously and never replaced which made it difficult when everyone went their own way. Couch was uncomfortable.

Very spacious, high ceilings, modern features in a historic building. Great central tourist location with walking distance to many of the main sites. Easy access to the metro to get across the city or to Termini station. Walked to Trastevere in 20 minutes for dinner. We were 2 couples and it was very comfortable - large bedrooms, spacious living room, 2 bathrooms.

The mattresses were firm which was not to our liking. A mattress topper would make a huge difference. The shower in the small bathroom needs some attention - water came through the shower door even when closed which meant the mat was wet.

Great location - just a few minutes from both the Colosseo and Forum. One hundred metres from Colosseo Station made it easy to use Metro. All other Rome sights can be easily walked to.

Could do with a new fridge as it doesn’t reach temp as others mentioned. Also maybe leave a few extra touches coffee, milk and a couple of bits. It’s not a complaint but a suggestion would really make a nice way to arrive.

Everything was spectacular!

This property is a gem! Just a few blocks from the Coliseum, and the metro station is walking distance. Very easy to reach. Extremely clean and beautiful furniture. The wifi was superb. We absolutely loved it. We will definitely come back. Do not hesitate to book it.

Travelling from overseas, our Internet was limited, which did make it difficult to make contact with the host until we reached the property. The property does sit above a pub. We were there for a week and only one night did we hear any noise.

The location of the property was amazing, we could walk to most of the main attractions. It was very clean and the host was very helpful.

The fridge was broken, did not keep cool and the owner reports it functioned fine. Was difficult to even keep drinks cold had to use freezer to keep drinks cold and transfer. No food was kept in it bc it was too warm. Showers leaked on the floor with standard use. Had to make exception to not just drench the floor. Door frame rot due to this being an issue for years (water damage)

Location was excellent. Restaurants, pubs, bars, breakfast cafe's. walking distance from major attractions, and metro stations. Making the transfer from airport to roma termini to metro station very doable. AC on all rooms .

would have liked an extra towel or two available, you have to try really hard when showering to not get water all over the bathrooms.

The fridge didn't seem to be that cold - our milk went sour after just 24hrs. Perhaps just needs turning up? The Irish bar underneath the apartment wasn't too noisy for us but may be for some. You can't hear music but there is the sounds of people in the bar until about 11pm each night. Didn't bother us but if you're sensitive to noise perhaps not for you (very friendly bar tho!). Some building work going on in building and opposite so there was drilling from 9am onwards most days but that was just as we were heading out, so didn't bother us.

Clear email from owner with instructions to enter property. Great location and all the amenities you need. One window is currently not opening, but assume that will be fixed soon. 2 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms and nice living area. Area feels very safe and there is an Irish bar underneath the property and restaurants within 2 min walk. Taxi rank about 50m away. Coliseum is literally round the corner, as is the Roman Forum. Property is on 1st floor and has a lift (the very old metal cage type) that worked. Otherwise it's 3 short flights of stairs up to the apartment.

We have some problems to get out of the building, because you have a button in the middle of the stairs, but we found it after 5 minutes.

It was easy to find the location. The apartment was very nice and clean, near Colosseum. It was clean and confortable. The host was nice to us and we left the luggages in the first day, 3 hours earlier.

Great location. Apartment was good. Although it had no impact on our stay and this is just a comment, there is a pub right underneath the unit, it might be noisy in summer.
